If you want to spoil your holidays and mood, welcome to Aquarius Beach. I've been coming here regularly for three years. Each time I paid for a day visit with a deposit of 1,500 lire per person, and in all that time I never had a problem like this. But what happened today completely wiped out all my positive impressions. One of the staff members started talking to me in high tones, waving his arms aggressively and telling me where I should sit. While I was still on my sunbed, he tried to put other guests in my place. He did so defiantly in front of me, showing that he gave priority to hotel guests and telling me where he thought I should be. After that, other people looked at me, and I felt really uncomfortable being there. I felt humiliated. People come here to rest, not to argue with the staff and not to be humiliated in front of other guests. Later, the manager came and apologized. He said there was really no difference between hotel guests and day visitors. But he also acknowledged that the staff member had been in similar situations on several occasions before, acted on his own discretion and that this was not the first time. This surprised me even more because it turns out that the management is aware of such a problem, but it keeps recurring. I turned down the offer because the problem wasn't a drink or a free service. The problem was disrespectful, arrogant and humiliating treatment of the guest. After what happened, I got the impression that this employee might have a personal interest in who gets certain sunbeds. I don't have any evidence of that, it's just the impression I got after this situation. Hopefully the management will take notice and look into it. It is a pity that such a beautiful place loses its reputation because of the unprofessional and arrogant behaviour of one employee. I sincerely hope the other guests don't have to go through what I went through today.

Aquarius fell victim to its own popularity. The staff apparently decided that there were too many clients and that normal treatment was no longer required. We came from the outside, agreed to a deposit and opted for free sunbeds. They weren't wearing any people, towels or booking signs. However, an employee named Rohat forced us to leave because the seats were supposedly for hotel guests. Another staff member later admitted that they had no formal reservation system. Hotel guests simply lay out blue towels in the morning until breakfast. As a result, dozens of sunbeds can stand empty for hours, and paying customers from outside are told that everything is taken. The same employee confirmed that we had the same status as hotel guests after entering and admitted that Rohat had been harsh and wrong. We were offered a free meal or drink. But Rohat himself refused to apologize to us. So Rohat ruins people's holidays, and the whole restaurant has to apologize and pay for it. We have been informed that his superiors will try to force him to apologize later. Striking: for a staff member to admit an obvious mistake requires the intervention of several managers. We asked for a human attitude. The situation could have been solved in a minute, but instead the staff showed that protecting a confident colleague was more important to them than respecting the client. After that, we turned around and went to a nearby scourge club, where the attitude was completely different. Beautiful looks don't compensate for the arrogance of the staff. Aquarius is so accustomed to popularity that it seems to have stopped appreciating the people who bring it money.

Staff is fantastic location is great … could be more detail on maintenance re toilet seat broken and showers very small … reception area could have more options to buy snacks, a bar and icecream as not many shops nearby. We loved our stay and the staff were so happy to please and great breakfast buffet and swimming is awesome!
