Avoid Hera Hotel in Kas Turkey at all costs ! I ignored the bad reviews and paid the price. Dirty, damaged, loud and no customer service . Paid good money for an awful hotel. The owner is unapologetic and makes No attempt to address serious issues, like our sink falling off the wall!

Visited this hotel with mom,spa area,incredible delight. Very high quality Finnish sauna and Turkish hamam. Prices are reasonable. We recommend a visit. We booked a foam massage at the hammam and a medical massage. Master of his business Oktay knows what he is doing, listens to wishes, from the first visit felt care and attention. Out refreshed. If we're at your place, we'll definitely come back. You decorated our holiday, thank you!

We went with my wife and child. They gave us 3 single bed rooms. The room was too dark because it faced the standing wall. The bathroom shower room was too small and the light on it was not burning, we had to take a shower in the dark. The phone in the room was disconnected. The room did not smell good. The shower towel they gave was ripped away with a huge hole in the towel. The hotel''s only positive side is its central location and its close proximity to the sea. We didn’t spend our last day at the hotel and checked out early. Not Recommendation.
