They dropped a fan on my head during breakfast and acted as if nothing had happened. It didn't even occur to them to do anything to make up for their mistakes. Only after being contacted by a Setur representative did they think to send a bottle of wine. You want ice in your drink at the hotel, but the staff say there's no ice. The waiters are extremely grumpy. The manager, who is constantly present in the restaurant area, only looks at your face if he feels like it. Yes, the sea is excellent and the cleanliness is okay, but the rest of the service is zero. Don't think I'll ever come back.

A swanky hotel! Recommend a visit

The hotel's view was excellent, the room was very clean, but the breakfast service was terrible. You couldn't find a waiter to take your order, and when you did, you had to repeat your order two or three times. In my opinion, such service is unacceptable for a hotel in this location.
