Rest in this hotel exceeded all our expectations! It's really all thought out to the nitty-gritty for a comfortable holiday with the kids. The grounds are very beautiful, well maintained and cozy, and the possibility to rent a separate bungalow makes the holiday even more comfortable and private. I would like to highlight the high level of service. All staff are very friendly and considerate, and the Firat waiter deserves special thanks. He was always friendly, smiling, sympathetic and created a great mood. It's the kind of staff that makes you want to come back here again and again.

We thoroughly enjoyed every moment we spent at this hotel during our holiday. What impressed us most was the staff's friendly smiles, sincerity, attentiveness to guests, and their behavior that made us feel they genuinely enjoyed their work. We would like to express our heartfelt thanks, especially to Javid, to Bestesu who always served us with a smile and attentiveness by the pool, to the entire team of Safran A La Carte Restaurant, and to our esteemed chef, Uğur Bey, who prepared these delicious dishes. Of course, we would like to extend our sincere thanks not only to the individuals whose names we have mentioned, but also to the hotel's cleaning staff, all the Kids Club employees (especially Reyhan Hanım and İrem Hanım), and all the staff from the restaurant to the technical team, for their hard work, dedication, and hospitality. We only failed to see the same dedication from the hotel's reception staff; their unwillingness to resolve a problem we reported and their lack of follow-up were truly disappointing. The rooms and common areas were extremely clean, tidy, and well-maintained. We were really pleased with the attention to cleanliness. The main restaurant offered a wide variety of options to suit different tastes, and it's absolutely impossible to go hungry at this hotel. Having food and drink options available by the pool, on the beach, and at various other locations at almost any time of day was a huge advantage. The evening entertainment programs were also enjoyable, high-quality, and adequate. Excellent events had been organized for those who wanted to unwind and have a good time after a long day. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was just as impressive as the quality of service. The landscaping offered a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere thanks to its lush green spaces, well-maintained gardens, and carefully designed common areas. All of these factors, along with the special services offered for children, led us to stay at this hotel for the third time. We even recommended it to our friends, they stayed with us, and their satisfaction made us even happier. In short, with its friendly staff, cleanliness, delicious food, wide range of dining options, and pleasant atmosphere, it's a hotel we can wholeheartedly recommend.
