Our stay at NG Phaselis Bay was outstanding. Everything was perfect: food, drinks, pools, entertainment, and service. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Samir and Kabir. A truly flawless experience. Highly recommended. 10/10!

An Unforgettable Stay at NG Phaselis Bay! Our family of four (parents and two children, aged 14 and 25) stayed at NG Phaselis Bay in July, and it was truly one of the best vacations we have ever had. Everything about this hotel is exceptional. The beautiful grounds, crystal-clear sea, private beach, breathtaking views, spotless and comfortable rooms, and the outstanding variety and quality of the food were all beyond our expectations. We would also like to mention the large, modern, and fully equipped fitness center, which was a wonderful bonus for guests who enjoy staying active during their vacation. However, what makes this hotel truly special is its incredible staff. We would like to express our special and heartfelt thanks to Mr. Salih TOPÇU (Assistant F&B Manager). He is not only an outstanding manager but also an exceptional person. Warm, kind, genuine, caring, and always welcoming, he constantly checked to make sure everything was perfect for us and was always ready to help with anything we needed. His professionalism, positive attitude, and sincere care for every guest made a huge difference to our stay. People like Mr. Salih are the reason guests want to come back again and again. He is a true credit to NG Phaselis Bay. We would also like to give our sincere thanks to Erkut, who works at the beach bar. He is one of the best hotel employees we have ever met. Always smiling, polite, friendly, attentive, and highly professional, Erkut provides outstanding service and makes every guest feel welcome. He performs his job with genuine enthusiasm and deserves special recognition and appreciation. We would also like to thank the personal guest assistants provided by the hotel. From the first day until the very end of our stay, they were always available, responded quickly to every request, and helped us with anything we needed. Their service was truly first-class and made our vacation even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire NG Phaselis Bay team for creating such an unforgettable experience. We will gladly recommend this hotel to all our family and friends, and if we have the opportunity, we will definitely return.

This is the nicest resort in Turkey. The food is amazing and the staff are excellent!!! My friend and I had such a relaxing and fun experience. The beaches are perfect and the drinks are excellent!! Five stars.
