Just visited here for a week myself and Partner.On arrival we hadnt a clue what we were doing as not one member of staff spoke any english and i literally mean not 1..from the so called information desk to the bar/restaurant.Every poster or information area was in every language except English.There was no safety drill in rooms.(Serious issue).we didnt speak to a single person in 5 days as all the guests were from Eastern block.We were the only 2 English..cant watch entertainment as it was not in English.No uk channel on tv..absolute nightmare..The area around the hotel is dirty and run down.Most of the staff are very ignorant and even if you cant speak another persons language we all know how to smile...This hotel has very serious issues that need attending to.. Its not for English and it seems they dont us there.on that note Dont bother going..its ruined our holiday..we moved after 5 days too late our holiday was ruined..Safety is non existant..We were made too feel like we had the plague.. DONT GO HERE BRITS... I COULD GO ON AND ON.. Holiday from Hell.

It's a nice 4 star hotel, spent there 8 days in May 2015. It has a nice green territory, with orange trees and mountains in the background! Really nice view! Overall it's pretty good for a 4 star hotel! The staff is very friendly, guys at the reception are really nice and helpful. Clean rooms, changed towels every day! The food is not as abundant and diverse as at a 5 star, but you won't be hungry. Pretty good animation, nice karaoke night. I was not disappointed and think it is a good value for the money!

It`s definitely worth if you are not ready to spend too much. Small and cozy, the hotel is in the orange garden, everything around is green and the mountains are great. The drawback is the cleaning service but once you are not too fussy, it`s not a big deal.
