Ramazan was an amazing animator! He was always energetic, friendly, and made sure everyone had a great time. His positive attitude and fun activities made our stay even more enjoyable. He makes the Dart game really fun and everyone is happy around him. The DJ aswell is really talented and plays songs from every country to make people feel welcomed and like home. Highly recommended!

The stay in the hotel was very nice. The food was varous and nice. The animation team always did a great job to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The music in the hotel was also very nice

In my opinion, this hotel is no more than a 4-star hotel. The lobby toilets were not clean, even though they should be the cleanest facilities in the entire hotel. Around 80% of the staff do not speak English, despite working in an international hotel. Around 80% of the staff are not helpful. There is hardly ever a smile on the staff’s faces. The shops inside the hotel sell their products to tourists at several times the normal price. However, if you speak Turkish to them, they charge you a much lower price. During our one-week stay, there was very little variety in the food, and most of the dishes were repeated. The beach is rocky and not suitable for swimming. On our last day, the hotel management took my mobile phone and gave the hotel a 10/10 rating on Booking.com on my behalf, even though I did not want to give them a 10. I deleted the rating afterward, but this makes me believe that many of the 10/10 ratings may have been obtained in the same way.
