Mirada Del Mar

This is our second visit to this hotel and we are leaving very satisfied again. Just like our first visit, everything was wonderful on this holiday as well. The rooms were clean, and the food was delicious and varied. All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We would especially like to thank the animation team. Tuana made our holiday much more enjoyable with her energy, friendliness, and attentiveness to our guests. Always cheerful, positive, and someone who loves their job. It made us feel really good. You are very fortunate to have such valuable employees. Thank you for everything.

We have been staying at this hotel for the past four years and have enjoyed it. This year, we came as four families and unfortunately experienced a very serious problem. In the water sports section, after two families used and returned a watercraft, we were subjected to insults and threats by two individuals, whom we heard were Şeref and İslam, who were said to be the operators of the facility. We managed to leave thanks to the intervention of others. We reported the situation to hotel management. One of the individuals sent me their bank account number requesting tax-free rent money; they deleted the message after an argument. We are now eagerly awaiting the hotel management's solution to this issue.
