Ventilation from the kitchen and grill smell came directly into the room. Food was not fresh, e.g., fries for breakfast - not warmed up. Noise from the stage show until 11 PM with no possibility of avoiding it since all rooms faced this direction. Staff partially incompetent and poor English skills. No food available in the hotel all day. Promised snacks at the pool bar were soggy Turkish flatbread. 90% Russians and Turks in the hotel who were very inconsiderate. It went so far that they simply used our towels and loungers that we were on, during our short absence for lunch, and smoked and drank on them. Rooms were okay but unfortunately also many defects like a broken flush and jammed doors. Maximum 2-star hotel if you are being generous.

This summer (July) we decided to return to Chamyuwa. Vacationed in this cozy village last year. We really liked the village itself and the sea and beach. This time we chose the PINE HOUSE Hotel.
We arrived at the hotel at 01.30. At the reception we were quickly booked and offered food. For us, the restaurant left delicious mushroom soup, vegetable snacks, cheese, olives, cherries.
Free Wi-FI is available on site. Catches in the room, on the property and on the beach.
Electronic key bracelets. Very comfortable. First of all, you don't have to hold on to each other when, who goes back to the room and who has the key. Secondly, the air conditioning works, without the key. You always come to a cool room.
The air conditioning worked fine. Without much noise, with an open balcony, at the exposed temperature, in general, beauty. The soundproofing in the room is good. We had room 221 on the 2nd floor, overlooking the pool, as booked. The room has a double bed and another one and a half. The headboard of the double bed is made as if there were two beds next to each other. But it's one bed and a mattress - one, very comfortable. The room has two wardrobes, a safe, two bedside tables, a table with a mirror and a mini-fridge and additional shelving along the wall. Two sockets were enough. All appliances (refrigerator, TV, hairdryer) worked perfectly. The bathroom has a comfortable shower cabin. The water never ran onto the floor. Liquid soap in dispensers.
When checking into the minibar of the room there is 1.5 liters of water, 2 bottles of 250 ml of mineral water, sprite, coke, peppers in the same volume. Other days, drinking water and minerals are brought to the room. Drinking water in 1.5 litres bottles and cups, as well as airan in free access on the premises of the restaurant and pool bar in fridges. Room service is average. But we're home, too, not every day. Towels were changed regularly. Bed linen was changed a couple of times, which is great for 10 days.
The hotel has a nicely designed maid call. If you need cleaning - you press the green switch and on the electronic plate of the room in the hallway, the green badge "cleaner with the sweeper" lights up. Your room will always be removed. If you don't want to be disturbed, you press red. The red "sleeping man" badge lights up and no one comes to you. Even when water was handed out to rooms, it was left in the hallway under the door to avoid disturbing you.
The food is a little bit varied: red and white fish every day, chicken, turkey, beef. Or rather to say their uniform preparation. Of the fruits at this time were peaches, watermelon, melon, apples, pears, bananas, oranges, grapfruit, plums, nectarines, apricots. There were cherries a couple of times. The pastries at the hotel are excellent! Desserts are delicious, especially cakes! But the grill was a little disappointing. These dishes were most often either overdried (sometimes very much) or oversalted. And sometimes, the cook did it and the joy at the grill was excellent!
Well done to the waiters. Chose a wine or a cocktail and next time you'll have a priority drink on your table. Wine white, pink, red, cocktails, beer, tequila... for all tastes! Apart from breakfast, lunch and dinner, the hotel always has some snacks and deliciousness. From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the pool bar and on the beach burgers, fries, pizza. At 3 p.m. to 3.30 p.m. by the pool ice cream, then from 3.30 to 4.00 p.m. fruit time, and from 4.30 to 5.30 p.m. cookies for tea and coffee.
Saturdays fish dinner: grilled fish, crayfish, shrimp, mussels, sushi. Tuesdays are Turkish nights.
For those who have a birthday - a pleasant surprise: a special table setting with oleander flower petals and a bottle of champagne in a bucket, for children a cake with candles! And such a surprise for a girl whose birthday was about to happen, but her vacation was already over! And, last night, before we leave, voila! This is really cool! The hotel appreciates its guests!
The beach is 5 minutes. There's plenty of room on the beach. Entering the sea is a small pebble. We were lucky, the sea was clear and comfortable in temperature. The sunbeds are a little tired, though. Lots of cracked and broken.
The pool area is comfortable. At 5:00 a.m., no one takes a deckchair, so there's always enough room. There's a Jacuzzi area in the pool. Everything worked. There's also a slide with a separate pool. They were on twice a day, at 11 and 16, for about an hour.
Animation: in the pool aqua aerobics and water polo, on the beach yoga, volleyball. They'll have dance workshops. The evening animation is not great. Live music is rare, mostly karaoke and that sort of thing. The hotel is not party, rather family-run, confidently holding four stars.

The perfect family vacation in the soulful "four"!
Hotel: Pine House Hotel 4* (Kemer, Chamiuwa village)
Rest dates: 19–26 July (resting with her son)
This was my second trip to Chamiuva, and I can safely say that despite the 4 star category, this vacation was my best experience of Turkey! Over time, I realized that huge mega-city hotels where it's easy to get confused don't suit me. Pine House is just the thing: compact, cozy and truly family-friendly.
Chamiuva itself is the perfect place for me: it is not as noisy and active as Kemer itself, but it has everything you need - shops, pharmacies, a very pleasant promenade, and Kemer itself can be reached in minutes if you wish. If you're not looking for loud animations and noisy fuss, this is the perfect choice.
Territory and atmosphere
The hotel has one main building, everything is very comfortable and thoughtful. The hotel is not new, but is designed in an incredibly pleasant retro style: vintage telephones, atmospheric wallpaper on floors, stylish furniture. Everything doesn't look old, but conceptual and tasteful.
Rooms and pick-up
We flew in early this morning and were at the hotel around 7:00. We were met by a wonderful girl, Irina. We waited quietly in the cozy lobby, and we were given a room at 11:00 instead of 14:00, as per the rules! Thank you very much for that.
Beach
It's not far from the sea. The beach itself is excellent, and what was particularly pleasing - at any time of the day you can always find available deckchairs.
Kitchen and drinks
The food has exceeded all expectations! The food is incredibly delicious and varied. The absence of “senseless abundance”, as in some 5s, when it’s just pathetic to look at tons of food being thrown away, has been very pleasing. Everything here is balanced, quality and love.
Nice chips:
The price includes real coffee in Turkish (which is not found in all five-star hotels!).
Unlimited access always has not only water but also airan.
The bar makes great cocktails.
Atmosphere, service and personnel
The staff is the main soul of this hotel! The attitude towards all guests is completely homely. In the mornings, everyone — staff and guests alike — say hello, good morning. You can always talk to the chef in person, the waiters are incredibly good-natured, and the guys at reception are always there to help.
Spa and massage are a separate delight!
I want to express my great gratitude to Sardar (the manager of the spa). In all my trips, I agreed to a massage for the first time – solely because of Sardar’s professional and subtle approach to people.
And of course, a huge thank you to my masseuse, Zafer! He is a master of the highest level with experience in the UAE and Qatar, with excellent knowledge of various techniques. This is the rare occasion when a massage is truly worth every cent spent.
Outcome: Pine House is a place you want to go back to. Thank you so much for your wonderful vacation!
