Good day! We are staying at the Selchukhan hotel. Excellent hotel, excellent vacation. They responded to all our requests immediately, solved our requests, thank you very much, vacation was great!! I want to mention Varvara, the girl at the reception. And also a very excellent staff member in the canteen, a young man named UNAL. Thank you very much.

We vacationed with friends in early September, we all liked everything. Our room had a repair (standard plus), a kettle, a safe, slippers, cleaning was done daily or upon request, and the wifi worked great even on the beach. The beach is across the street, through the park, about a three-minute walk, and all the entertainment programs take place in this park, which is even a plus since you can't hear loud music in the room. Large pebble beach, we swam from the pier there and sunbathed, very convenient. The evening entertainment is different every time, you won't have to be bored. The food was always varied, there were five of us and everyone found something tasty. Do I recommend this hotel? Definitely yes, and we'll be back)))

Selcukhan Hotel — review after several visits I will probably start with the most important thing - with people. During our trips to Selçukhan Hotel, we always felt genuine hospitality. The staff is very kind, friendly, and attentive. You can have a calm conversation with almost everyone, ask for help, or just exchange a few words. Here you really get the feeling that you are welcome as a guest, and not just as another tourist. It is precisely the people who have become one of the main reasons why I come back here again. Food I want to specifically mention the food. In my opinion, there is plenty of food and the selection is such that almost everyone can find something for themselves. Of course, there will always be people who will inevitably dislike something and say that "there's nothing" or "the food is bad." But that is already a matter of personal taste and expectations. We had a person who came to Turkey for the first time. Even before the trip, he was very worried specifically about food—afraid that he wouldn't like anything and it would be difficult to find familiar dishes. In the end, it turned out completely the opposite. From the first to the last day, he really, really liked food. Every day he found something tasty for himself and never went hungry. Therefore, I personally believe that regarding nutrition, you can find suitable dishes here for almost any taste. Numbers and cleaning Complaints are often received that the numbers are supposedly not being removed in a timely manner. But there is one important point here that many people miss for some reason. Each room has two buttons: one to request cleaning, and the other "Do not disturb." When people told me that they didn't have a room number, I asked: "Do you turn on the cleaning button?" In most cases the answer was: "No." Then the question arises: how should the staff know that you want cleaning? Personally, I didn't have any problems with cleaning. On the contrary, I think everything is going well. In addition to regular cleaning, the rooms are treated for insects and parasites approximately every seven days. If something is missing in the room, you can contact the reception or call the special number indicated on the phone in the room. You can contact the staff responsible for cleaning directly, and they will bring what you need. Therefore, I am personally completely satisfied with the cleaning and room service. Beach and sea The beach at the hotel is gravelly-pebbly. Therefore, I strongly recommend having special shoes for the sea - coral slippers. It might not be very comfortable to go into the water without it. Special ramps are provided, which make it quite convenient to enter the water. There is also a pier with two levels: upper and lower. From it, you can carefully jump into the water, and you can climb back up the stairs. There are enough sun loungers in general. The only thing I would not attribute directly to the hotel's shortcomings is the habit of some vacationers taking several sun loungers right from early in the morning and then leaving for a long time. Unfortunately, this problem occurs in many hotels in Turkey. Animation The animation, in my opinion, is quite adequate and unobtrusive. It doesn't turn into constant noise, but everyone can find something interesting for themselves. Personally, I played darts and went target shooting with an air rifle almost every chance I got. I want to thank the animators Anastasia and Alexandra separately. The girls handled their duties excellently, were very sociable, lively, and positive. It was always pleasant to talk to them; they created a good atmosphere and genuinely tried to make the guests' vacation more interesting. It was especially nice that when we left, they wished me all the best. I want to wish Anastasia and Alexandra the same — all the best, success, good mood, and more pleasant people around. A good program is also provided for children. During the day, they engage in activities with children, and in the evening, calm children's discos take place. There is a special area near the pool and bar where children can play and have fun. The evening performances in the amphitheater are also worth attention. People really try to make the program interesting. There are dance performances, magic shows, fire performances. So almost every evening there is something to watch, something to be surprised by, and something to remember. Territory and basin The hotel grounds are quite spacious, and there are enough places to sit quietly or spend time. There are several relaxation areas, so there is no feeling of tightness. I want to specifically mention the fruit orchards. I would even say there are two of them. One is located directly on the hotel grounds, near the pool and bar. The second one is across the street, on the way to Fly Bar. Various events are also held there, and from there you can walk to the beach. The pool is clean, open, and unheated. For those who love active recreation, there are two water slides. Administration I want to specifically mention the hotel administration. Everyone we have had the chance to interact with was kind and responsive. If any question or problem arises, you can contact the administration and receive help. But for me, Selçukhan is no longer just a place you come to for a vacation. I have been to this hotel several times, and during that time I have met many employees. We continue to communicate even when I am already home - we text on Instagram, we keep in touch. I managed to meet the hotel manager, who is also its owner. We also have a very good relationship with him. When we arrive, we can sit together peacefully, have tea or coffee, and just chat. That kind of attitude means a lot to me. You are truly warmly welcomed, remembered, and treated not just as another tourist. Special thanks to the employees I want to thank separately the people who largely create the atmosphere that makes one want to return to Selçukhan. First of all, I want to mention the waitress Yeliz. A very smiling, friendly, and responsive girl. Throughout all this time, I have never seen her interact with guests without a smile. Such people really create the mood on vacation. Special thanks to the waiter Murat. He always smiles and tries to do exactly as you ask, especially when it comes to cocktails or drinks. It is always pleasant to deal with a person who listens to you and tries to help. But I want to single out the bartender Geokhan. For our family, this is a person whom we greatly respect and to whom we want to say a huge thank you. He is a truly wonderful person and a great employee. For us, he became one of those people who is especially pleasant to meet again when coming to the hotel. I also want to thank two head bartenders. In the morning, a girl works, unfortunately, we never managed to remember her name. Another bartender manager works in the evening, whose name we also do not know. But it is in the photos I will attach to the review. I hope the management can find these employees and pass on our thanks to them. Thank you very much to the entire reception team. The guys are really wonderful, responsive, and try to help guests. At the same time, I want to say one thing that I observed personally. Sometimes you can find reviews that say the reception staff allegedly do not help or treat guests poorly. I spent quite a lot of time near the reception and saw different situations. In my opinion, a lot depends on the attitude the guest has towards the employee. There have been situations where a person would arrive at the hotel and literally start demanding something from the first minutes, raising their voice or demanding something that was not included in their reservation. After that, communication certainly becomes more difficult. I believe that mutual respect works both ways here. If you communicate normally with people who work at the reception, they also try to help on their part. SPA center A big thank you to the SPA center. I want to thank Ali, Irina, and the masseuse Naz for their work and attitude towards guests. I also want to specifically mention the masseur Ingina. This is a wonderful specialist who really knows their job. It is visible that the person approaches their work professionally. A little about the staff in general As for bartenders and service staff, of course, all people are different. Some people just come to work and do their duties, while others are more open to communication, smile, show interest in guests, and try to make their stay more pleasant. And to such people, I always want to say a special thank you personally. In Turkey there is a beautiful word "bahşiş" - tip, that is, a tip. If a person is truly trying for you, I think it is right to thank them. Therefore, in such cases, I naturally leave a tip. Result My overall impression of Selçukhan Hotel after several visits is magnificent. I understand that every person has their own expectations, habits, and ideas about the perfect vacation. Someone might not like the food, someone might not like the room number, someone might not like the pebble beach or the lack of heated pool. And it's normal that it's impossible to make a hotel absolutely perfect for everyone. But for me personally, Selçukhan is above all people. People I already know, whom I greet like old acquaintances, with whom I can talk, have coffee or tea, and just spend time. That's what makes me come back here again.
