First of all, the hotel's location is fantastic; many options await you on the beach. The pool is spotlessly clean every day. It can be considered one of the best hotels for families. The animation team does a truly wonderful job, with different activities every day and different entertaining shows every evening. A special thank you to the animation manager, Mr. Fehmi, for making our holiday so wonderful. We will definitely be back next year.

Relaxed in this hotel from July 14 to July 21 with her two daughters (aged 22 and 13) and were absolutely delighted! It's exactly the kind of thing you want to write a heartfelt review. 📍Location: perfect! The sea is nearby, the mountains create an incredible landscape. The area is green, well-kept - palm trees, beautiful trees, flowers, the eye rejoices every day. 🛏Number: small but clean, cleaned every day flawlessly. Everything works, nothing creaks or breaks. Bed linen, snow white towels. 🍴🍕🍔 Meals: special thanks to the chefs! The cuisine is varied - local dishes and European classics. Vegetables are fresh, meat is delicious, desserts - lick your fingers. It's delicious! 🍹Service: staff are friendly and attentive. All issues were resolved quickly, smiles never came off faces - you feel really welcome. 🎯 Animation. Aqua aerobics, water games and tournaments are available during the day, and show programmes and karaoke are available in the evening. The presenters were energized, but nothing intrusive - you could lie by the pool and just watch, or you could participate in everything. 🥇What was particularly enjoyable: a calm, quiet and very cozy hotel. The hotel as a whole is a very tight foursome: monotonous food, boorish behavior of the hotel staff (as if not in the hotel, but in the bazaar), very small old, broken rooms. Checked into the room after 23:00 pm (4 hour flight, 2 hour bus ride) - arrived at the hotel and dinner had to await us, since the given 24 hours had already been paid at the hotel, reception staff handed us lunch box. Attention what's inside: one tomato (not even cut, with a tail, one cucumber (also not cut) two pieces of bread and butter) - to say the least we were shocked at such a dinner ))))) So if you have a late arrival, don't expect to eat at the hotel, especially if you're with the kids. All is nothing if on the last day of rest in this hotel from the room did not disappear purchases worth more than 4 thousand rubles . Be prepared that in such a situation the hotel has absolutely no intention of helping you, as well as to understand the situation. Employees will do anything to make you look like fools who themselves lost their belongings in a 2x2 square meter room. Things were bought and brought to the room on Thursday, and by Friday evening they were gone. The employees claim the cleaner didn't touch them, throw them away, or steal them. When asked, where did our belongings go? The employee answered: this is a good question...;.I guess Pushkin's spirit flies in the hotel and steals other people's things))) So, be prepared for your belongings to be stolen from your room by hotel staff with access to the rooms or to throw your belongings in the trash). I don't recommend staying at this hotel. Perhaps if it had not been for this situation that occurred on the last day of rest, the valuation of this hotel would have been higher, however, the impression of the hotel vacation was spoiled by the situation I described above. I think it would be terribly frustrating for any holidaymaker to discover a few hours before leaving the hotel that personal belongings are missing) In addition, this situation showed how boorish receptionists can communicate with the female sex) They do not have a complaint book, “go file a police report” is exactly what I want to do 4 hours before leaving the hotel. BESIDES, I almost forgot - a broken shower in the room, used shower gels and shampoos - I even got funny about it, very sorry they didn't take a picture. That is, people stayed in a hotel, used these tubes, and be prepared for the fact that you will be left to use them)) Of course, we did not even touch us. And by the way, about cleaning, we throw things out of the room boldly (or steal), and the dead lizard, which has been on the floor for three days, they can't clean) So not a hotel, but a sharashkin's office) in general, do NOT RECOMMEND
