Were with the family from 29.06.26 -10.07.26 , the hotel itself is not bad, but there are fat downsides , unprofessional workers in all positions, cleaning poorly , waiters serve poorly , the general manager of the cafeteria is only fit for work in prison, neither you smile or greet nothing! Only hammers the guests and drives the waiters, the kitchen is not so starving you will not die, but do not expect delights, and yes who loves white wine it is diluted 1 in 3 no less, cursed , but no effect so bought in the store and this given that we have all inclusive, the beach is a separate topic, got up as work at 6:00 to be sunbed with umbrella, or burn! The only thing I liked was the massages Nico and Selim's guys have super, thank you very much. Tip take apartments or 5 stars , so as not to wipe dirty tables and wash glasses. And clean your room. We've been to many countries and different hotels in different classes, but no more!

We spent two weeks at Valeri Beach Hotel in June and we are really pleased that we chose this hotel. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway and value heartfelt hospitality over luxury, this hotel is a good choice. It is a charming, relatively small, and modest property, but it gave us a wonderful vacation.The absolute best part is the location and the service. The hotel sits right on a beautiful, clean pebble beach, and when sitting in the main restaurant you feel like you are on the beach. The staff is really friendly, welcoming, and attentive. On our first day, we weren't happy with our initial room, but after pointing it out, they moved us to one of the most beautiful room in the hotel with the amazing view of the sea. We would like to commend hotel manager and the gentlemen at the front desk for their kindness and efficiency in all situations . You should know that the rooms are outdated and needs a serious renovation. Some fixtures in the room did not work properly, but the staff was super quick to fix everything they could. The hall and the garden where the restaurant and swimming pool are located look very nice. Also, everything was kept spotlessly clean, lady who is cleaning manager was great, and her girls are doing good job. The All-Inclusive concept is very modest, with food and drinks ending at 21:00. However, the food itself was prepared nicely and tasted excellent, always good selection of vegetables, good Turkish breakfest in the morning. Guys who work in the restaurant are friendly and hardworking, there are no long lines. The best surprise was how quiet this hotel is at night compared to the loud, larger hotels nearby. If you want nightlife, the town center is few meters away just as marina with restaurants and bars. All in all, we hope to come again to Valeri Beach.

Came to the hotel a second time. And they regretted recommending it to many people they knew. A year has passed, and something that is visibly frustrating. Of course, the sea is beyond praise. But it's certainly not the hotel's doing. And yes, stardom understands, we don't pick on the room stock or the beach beds. The impression for us is the continuity of the service (let it be three stars). Last year, the bar was making cocktails of , if not a large range of liquor, on request. That's not possible now. Since yesterday, coffee is put into the machine instant (in Turkey). We're not spoilt for Michelin stars, but it looks like it's all going to waste. Free sauna this year for money. That, by the way, is not known at reception. To be fair, rooms are cleaned daily, but that doesn't remove mold and rust. It's not a question of renovation!!! That's too bad.
