We vacationed with our daughter from June 3 to 10. The hotel loved it! The staff- at the reception, at the bar, the waiters, the maids, all working great! You can feel the manager's steady hand and control. There is a hotel shuttle to the sea, you can walk for 20 minutes. The sea, which is why they came first, is magical. Clean, quiet in the morning until there are boats. The beach is pebbly. Sun loungers with mattresses. There is a fee for the beach bar unless you are from Viking 5*. Stock up on vodka at the hotel. The food is good. Chicken, beef, salads. Fruits include watermelon, peaches, apricots, oranges, grapefruit. There were fish twice in a week. Monday-Turkish night: belly dancing and live music. A* lovers might not like it. To me, the price-quality ratio is Super!!! Hotel recommended!!!

I was already at this hotel in September 2024. The rooms were very clean and modern. Nothing was moldy and nothing fell off in the bathroom. Just too few power outlets in the room. The transfer to the Beach Club is to be highlighted very positively. Personally, I unfortunately just find that the hygiene in the dining area and at the pool has declined a bit.

First impression... At reception, the girl doesn't speak English except Russian... Thank God the Russian-speaking family, we're from Britain. Oh, come on, it was even nice to talk in my mother tongue. Immediately upon arrival, I started demanding a paper voucher... who don't know this demanded 15, 20 years ago. They have all the reservations in the system... But she was desperate for a piece of paper... Half an hour of urging... Before she gave up and went to the computer looking for hotel reservations... it's another half hour. Weary stand at the counter for an hour to be accommodated... Damn 21st century yard. I read the reviews before I bought them. I thought, come on. Nobody likes anything. I'll read the reviews carefully in the future. But that's just the beginning. When they were coming out of the transfer, I noticed the terrible stench of the sewers... Imagine a sewage manhole with a terrible stench at the main entrance about 15 meters away. This hotel, as I understand it, was redesigned a couple of years ago and called the Vickin Express... But it wasn't just a renovation... they increased the number of rooms by reducing the size of the rooms... And the rooms that are without a balcony, it was a normal size in the past and it was divided into two... so the rooms were almost halved... I can't imagine making a room without a balcony ... we had a balcony but our friends just had a little room. Removed more than less, if not picky then 3+ The food is very modest... The choice is very small, unless you are a gourmet and eater then beer will pull. Speaking of beer... All you can order for free in this allinclusive is beer. Don't count on any more. If you want anything else like a whiskey or any other alcohol... All for money and not cheap at all... The list of cocktails for money they have fits on a scrap of A4 paper. In three lines (three cocktail names) I tried to order... It was high-flying, I was sent to pay at reception went paid and I was given a note that I needed to give to the bartender like two words by hand "paid" can you imagine standing in line to order then after paying one more stand to get... Getting armed. The pool is not a big sunbed people occupy in the morning, throw a cap towel...all the sunbed is occupied all day by no one... But don't feel bad you're lucky... Going into the water is dangerous for eyesight. We bathed, the kids bathed. And after the pool, everyone's eyes hurt wildly. Even their eyesight then half a day like you can see through a cellophane bag. Thought it was a bit of bullshit... By tonight, everyone had gone... A few days later, we went back to the pool and it all happened again pain in the murky eyes. After which the pool was not approached... And for the snack, in the description the internet is included in the price in reality ripped 10 euros each from the snout. Free internet is only at the reception... even in the dining room, which is 10 meters away. In short, the rest in general we liked because the sea sun and everyone around speaks Russian, it's a cafe. I'll remind you from Britain ... But the hotel just sucks. Oh, by the way, there's never been a night's entertainment in 10 days... The only time at the dinner the employees came out dancing to the music and carried some beautiful cakes around the hall... though then they took them to an unknown destination... never to be seen again. People don't need to waste their hard-earned money on this misunderstanding. Also, a towel to the pool or the beach will have to be bought for 10 euros...
