The most unsympathetic people at the beach bar. I wait alone at the bar and the person serving there doesn't even notice me. When I say something to him, he's so arrogant! Disgusting. First and last time I'm here!

It was a very enjoyable holiday. The hotel is very clean. We always stayed in elite hotels, but this place is amazing too. We were also very pleased with the à la carte options. A big thank you to the gentleman and lady at the bar in the lobby for their friendly smiles and hospitality. I'd also like to thank the gentlemen at the à la carte restaurant. We were much more pleased with the bar in the lobby than the bar on the -1 floor; everything was very nice. I only have one request: a fan is needed in the à la carte Greek section; it gets very hot. Thank you for this wonderful holiday. Many thanks to Mr. Kerim and Mr. Osman; they are truly à la carte people.

The hotel is truly beautiful, with a pleasant and refined atmosphere. The food and drinks were of very high quality and delicious. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the à la carte restaurant team, especially Mr. Kerim, for their attention and care. Their friendly and professional service made our holiday even more enjoyable. We were pleased and would recommend it wholeheartedly.
