Antalya Madi Hotel

I would especially like to thank Mr. Mert for his help, interest, and attention in every matter, and Ms. Yaprak for her sincerity and hospitality. The other staff members, whose names I can't remember, were also extremely helpful and attentive. With its rooftop pool, buffet breakfast, and clean and comfortable rooms, this is a true value-for-money hotel. Its proximity to the city center is also a big advantage. You feel like a guest welcomed with the warmth of a family, not just a customer. As someone who also works in a 5-star hotel, I pay close attention to service quality, and when I return to Antalya, this will definitely be one of my top choices. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Nice hotel. Price is quality.

There is nothing “deluxe” about this horrid hotel. The photos are extremely misleading. The reception staff are lovely, but that’s about the only positive thing I can say. The entire hotel smells like smoke, including the communal areas. The room I stayed in smelled like feces, and nothing was clean. The bedsheets, floors, shower, and even the fridge inside and out were all dirty. I have never stayed in such an unclean hotel in my life. It may be cheap, but basic cleanliness standards should still be maintained. The pool, which is advertised, was nothing more than a shallow area filled with dirt and grime. After spending the day out, we returned to find a bedbug climbing up the wall. We asked to change rooms but were told this wasn’t possible. The receptionist on duty was kind and tried to help by changing the sheets, but unfortunately that doesn’t solve a bedbug infestation.
