Very nice family hotel. A lot of swimming pools. Amazon Water World is one of a kind😍. Food various and tasty. Perfect coffee bar with delicious cakes next to the big swimming pool.

There's a saying, "It's a cure for everything!" That's quite right, if you will. I'm really surprised by the negative comments. From the hotel staff to the services, there was absolutely nothing negative to say. First of all, all the staff are very polite, friendly, and helpful. There is absolutely no distinction between foreigners and Turks. Of course, the treatment will (naturally) be different for those who expect extra service, who push the boundaries of respect, thinking "I paid a lot of money, I expect this and that." Cleanliness, hygiene quality, room cleaning, hospitality, quality of drinks, everything is first class. I would like to express my sincere thanks to the entire team, especially Mr. Burak at the MAIN RESTAURANT, the lovely Ms. Ilknur who serves at the bar, and Mustafa the bellboy, Ms. Ebru at the main office, and even Ms. Elif, although I have never met her.

The hotel is very nice, well maintained, lots of greenery. It's a great room, but we used to swim and sunbathe during the day, and in the evening it's so dark it's impossible to do anything. There are no lamps on the ceiling, and the 3 wall bras give virtually no light and also have darkened lampshades. The balconies are just tiny, you can't rest on them. On our balcony, there were two uncomfortable, hard chairs. I really didn't like the food. There were no Mediterranean fruits, like figs, avocado. There was no smoothie. There were no beef or poultry steaks. There was a lot of bad lamb, fries, terrible pizza, bad sauce. Even the eggs didn't taste good. We were excited about the Italian evening, but that's all it was called, no pasta, no lasagna. When we saw the sushi, we were thrilled, but as it turned out, they can't cook sushi in this restaurant: the rice was non-glutinous and even undercooked. I go on vacation a couple of times a year, usually to the Canaries, and there enjoy the cuisine: all the dishes are delicious, you want to taste everything, and the drinks are wonderful: juices and smoothies made of local fruit. The staff is very nice, but to the guests. There are a lot of cats on the property, and there are even kittens. The kittens weren't quite healthy, and we holidaymakers took care of them. One of the vacationers took them to the vet, purchased the necessary medication, I bought ointment, and we treated them. The nice staff (luckily not everyone, there were also kind workers that some are fed) don't care about them, these cats even starve! Having said that, I'm pretty sure a huge amount of food is being thrown away.
