The room was basic but clean, the staff were absolutely incredible, couldn't do enough for you the location was brilliant, and my 6 year son adored the manager she was a lovely women. I would definitely stay here again, the food didn't get repetitive so much flavor, we loved this holiday and didn't want it to end. Would definitely go back

Aunt Rose Pioneer Camp So, anyone who wants to come here should remember, this is a pioneer camp. And the cleanliness and quality and the "garden" around the "hotel" and everything inside it is at the pioneer camp level. Dirty, the rooms are spartan, with traces of past turbulent stays and influences. The only upside is the staff. The people are trying to squeeze out the minimum resources they have, the best they can - the cook, the waiters, the bartender. Normal guys. Everything else, including a bunch of "guests" is a pioneer camp. Aunt Rose is a blissful old lady. Watch it. Better not)

This summer, my husband and I chose a holiday in Sid at the Alice Beach Hotel .Choosing from acceptable hotels category 3* in Sid ,we did not expect gold toilets and silver tiles ), but since it was in Sid we first ,thought that we would at least communicate with us in English ,or at least -via transliter . Walking into the reception ,we waited a long time for Donna Rosa to take a moment away from her business and pay attention to us ,after 20 minutes,we waited ... Seeing that we are Russian ,Hotel owner Rosa , did not stop to speak in Turkish ,to my explanations that it is possible to communicate by translator, pretended not to hear or understand -disappointment 1(I realized that the problems that arose will be solved for a long time ) After dropping their luggage at the reception, went to change, as the arrival time was not yet right.The toilet was next door,we wanted to wash our hands first thing -the tap water stubbornly refused to pour -disappointment 2 ,seeing my face ,husband went to the reception,as my hands were in soap ,Rose smiled,pulled the cord out of the outlet and reinserted ,Ooh -this is the system ... okay When it came time to settle, Rosa persisted in speaking Turkish, ignoring the fact that I did not speak Turkish, and could have switched to English After receiving the keys to the room on the 1st floor ,we were tired but happy ,we ran to check in ... walking into the room ,I realized that Alice Beach Hotel ,it's not even Hostel ,it's just little 2-by-2 rooms with mattresses instead of a bed and an old lamp TV that doesn't work ...(the issue was never resolved ,the TV didn't work and nobody came to fix it ) disappointment and the desire to turn around and leave, I was hit by a negative wave... I tried to arrange with Rosa to have us moved into another room, useless, disliked - pack your bags and leave ... And it wasn't just us ... If you choose Alice Beach Hotel only for overnight stays ,then the option is acceptable ,unless you pay attention to the fact that Donna Rosa selectively communicates with people and someone goes to a meeting ,and someone just smiles and does nothing -then it's fine ... Side itself is magnificent - the sea is warm ,the sun is hot ,walks through the ancient city -beyond all praise Will we go back to Sid? Yes!!!! Do I recommend Alice Beach Hotel - no!!! Throughout the rest, while at the reception, I witnessed situations that we personally experienced, and that's considering we're not choosy and actually know what to expect from little Hotel category 3* Relaxing in Kemer in May of the same year,we were just delighted with Hotel 3 *Kemer star and administrator Mustafa ,who solved problems instantly ,with the same full hotel Overall ,ignoring the attitude of hotel owner Rose and uncomfortable rooms ,the rest went great ,we weren't tied to the food,so can't tell ,is it in line with previous reviews or not ,but Alice Beach Hotel next vacation ,we will bypass and advise it definitely no one
