I have no negative experiences. It's all top .A very big praise to Oscar and Cino they make a very good animation with water volleyball foam party darts etc.The food is very good and the drinks the rooms always clean.

Pleasant small hotel, mostly older regulars ,not suitable for party seekers,food very good ,but has subsided as regards selection moderately,am also regular holidaymakers,STAFF friendly and courteous.... Except the hotel owner / boss this does not greet.... the staff cursed and measured loudly in front of the holidaymakers, e.g. in the dining room. ...was not necessary ,as the plates were not as the boss wanted. Chef has himself and his personal guests and family served. The rooms are so far okay ,whereby one or the other would have to be replaced / renewed . Cleaning the rooms is different,this is due to the cleaning staff and the time they have available for cleaning. The meeting room (lower level) for colder time is very outdated, dark ,without windows ,and an old smelling muffle carpet ,could be more friendly renovated. The fitness area a disaster, since you prefer to stay on vacation sports muffle.Wellness area under NEW MANAGEMENT is not recommended, the lady prefers to sit on the phone and dadelt ,without realizing the clientele is coming.....smile is also just LUXURY. At the reception one could smile more courteous ,friendly and please more. Wi-Fi only in the lobby area, for rooms and pool area must be paid , beach no Wi-Fi. Beverage selection has been reduced, no cocoa, only 2 cocktails, as well as some types of alcohol .(Did the boss determine) Evening entertainment :-( ,not nice.Music system is outdated ,does not bring out good sounds. Sports activities : Oscar does it very well .Water gymnastics Kudos to Goofy for keeping the holiday spirit up. A NO-GO the beach access to the sun pier on the water......there were sandbags laid to the ascent of the stairs.Other hotels have nice wooden ascents. Hope it will be improved a lot as I would like to go there again.

We were very pleased staff smiling in the hotel market owner Mehmet smiling in the hotel was helpful with everything we were very happy yes we were very old but the staff in the market was just smiling in the way I hope if we come in again
