The hotel is terrible even for the fussy. Economy rooms and standard on basements without windows, at all. -Air conditioning in all rooms is noisy, squeaking, humming. - the smell of mold in the rooms, as a consequence of the first two points -the internet is only on resep, and so terrible that a voicemail for 20 seconds will download for about 1 minute. If someone is working on vacation, look for the Internet in nearby cafes. -The safe in the room isn't even attached to the closet, so I took it and went... - sockets in room- 2 in room and 1 in bathtub. The beds have zero sockets!! - rooms are old, all furniture is antique, mattresses are old and rigid. - food every day is monotonous, but the choice is large and quite delicious, you will not stay hungry. Sweets and fruits are available. It's a simple bar, but it's fine. Asking to move to another room is useless, for any money. I can't bet more than 1 star. In 2024, such hotels should not exist. This hotel is made for suffering🥲

Had 2 weeks in this hotel even thou we booked sun beach spa if they put u road side under reception it will be damp and stink food isn't for the English unless you like sprouts for breakfast I'm not too picky but really struggled to find something too eat everyday except Turkish night it's catered more for German Russians and WiFi is a rip off having to pay extra so if u have kids it's a joke

Stayed here for a week. Hotel catered for german speakers mostly. Food was ok but desserts seems to be the same everyday full of sweet cakes pastories. More catered for the german pallette. People around waiting for food no manners pushing you and acting like they never seen food before. The hotel should have asked people to line up in a normal way not everyone scattering everywhere. The room i stayed in was soooo noisy at night can here the busy road of cars etc didnt have a good rest at all. Asked to be changed however that wasnt possible and had to suffer more. I am sure i payed for sea view one but for some reason got given the one next to busy road. Rooms were cleaned everyday however i noticed they didnt change the bedsheet everyday or pillow cases which is not good at all. The staff at hotel and receptionist not very informative friendly. All seemed moody grumpy majority spoke german and not English. I noticed they were more approachable to germans europeans than people of colour. There were 2 lifts and so small and slow can only fit 4-5 people and had to wait 10 minites for a lift to come at one point. At one point the lift didint work properly which is scary. The sun beds would be booked up everyday. People would leave their towels at night so they can use in morning again which is not good and not fair on other people who want to use and some people would leave their towels for some hours without going on sunbeds so that its saved for them preventing others to use. There should be a strict rule so that everyone gets their fair share. Alot of selfish people in this hotel. I would not recommened this hotel if you want to have a relax time, cus definitely you will not have a relax time. I had a massage done by laila ukranian lady and i must say never had pain in my life she was the worst massagist dont think she knew what she was doing! Do not get a massage done by her. Avoid this hotel at all costs!!!
