Hildegard Hotel

We were 5 friends on vacation. Needless to say that the hotel lived completely up to what was written - we had also chosen this hotel as it was not so large, as well as that it was an adult hotel. The hotel is a little back from the main street, so there was not much noise. And yet we were super close to everything. The rooms were cosy and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was all through lovely and freshly made every morning, so a lovely start to the day. This was my first meeting with Alanya and Turkey, and definitely not the last time. That’s why they get the best recommendations from here

The location is pretty close to attractions, a 10-minute walk from Cleopatra beach. Very pleased with the service. Especially the kitchen staff were very friendly people.I would like to thank the hotel staff I had the opportunity to meet last day, Mr. Soner, Mrs. Zubeyde and Mr. Hasan for their friendly conversations.

I came for work. It’s the first time I’ve been to Alanya because all the hotels are packed and I stayed at a 2-day hotel where breakfast was said at 8am at the entrance. At the end of the first day, I landed in the breakfast room at 7:50. I asked the office lady there, “Does there be coffee?” The lady told me the hall would open at eight. I said, “Okay, I already have 10 minutes, I’ll wait.” A serving gentleman came to the kitchen later. When the servant called her “Filtered coffee,” she said, “No coffee, no filtered coffee will open at 8:00!” with an unpleasant, unpleasant tone and furiousness. This conversation was at 7:56 p.m., just 4 minutes away from 8 p.m. I couldn’t take it and said that I was waiting for the coffee and already waiting for 8:00. “No, I’m not telling you anything. He used a sentence like welcome you," and he started arguing with the office woman. She began to ask the servant why she had an argument with the client. I couldn’t take it anymore and gave up on coffee. I already gave up breakfast. I left the hotel. I don’t really understand why million-invested ⁇ employ people like this. If you can’t, you won’t do a trade. This ugly side didn’t have to be seen because a diner asked for a cup of coffee.
