Horus Paradise Luxury Resort

First of all, my intention is not to slander or defame. The criticisms are intended for informational and facility considerations. We stayed at the hotel from July 20-26. FACILITY: The resort is very large, so if you are a family with children, I recommend booking a room in the middle section, outside the main building. It's convenient to come and go to the pools, the bar, and the sea, all while being close by. The main building is both far away and the stairs can be very tiring. I think the facility is overcrowded because there are so many guests; the parking lot is small and you have to wait in line everywhere. CLEANING: The rooms are not clean enough; despite repeatedly mentioning it, they only wipe the visible areas, the corners and edges are filthy. The sheets are clean, but the pillowcases reveal disgusting pillows. When we pointed out that slippers and other items in the room were missing, they only provided them. The thing I disliked most about the hotel was the cleanliness. We stayed in a family room on the ground floor to avoid the elevator because of the child. The shower smelled so bad and strong that you could still smell it even with the door closed. When I asked, the cleaning lady said that all the rooms were like that. The pest control isn't being done properly, as ants are swarming in the room. FOOD: The food options and variety are generally good, with food available almost every hour, but the taste isn't particularly great. It didn't really suit my taste. I recommend trying the grilled food in the main cafeteria; it's better than the other dishes. The gözleme (Turkish flatbread) I had at the snack bar on the beach was the best food I had at the hotel; it was truly excellent. Thanks to our lady who makes gözleme (Turkish flatbread). Kids Club: The staff are friendly and kind, but the equipment inside could be improved. LIVE MUSIC: As is generally the case with everything aimed at foreign tourists. I think the animation team are the hardest working and best employees at the hotel; they work diligently within the available resources. Something different should be introduced; the same games every day are boring for children. Overall, we were not satisfied and I do not plan to choose it again next time.

Everything was very nice. The sea is very clean and smooth. The food is delicious and there are many bars on site. The area is quite large and there's a lot to walk around. Many swimming pools and various entertainments like gift, bochi, yoga, etc. I advise you.

We came as a family and were very pleased. It was very clean, the entertainment areas were large, the food variety was very good, the rooms were cleaned daily, the security guards and lifeguards were constantly active, and the staff were helpful. It was an enjoyable holiday experience.
