We were there again. First of all, that's good. The cleaning staff and other employees are super friendly and helpful. Everything is very clean, including the restrooms by the pool. Except for the reception. Sometimes you get the feeling that you are bothering them. We booked a year in advance on the lobby floor. No, they can't manage that. I am a wheelchair user, and it works quite well in the lobby. We now received a room on the 5th. Floor. Immediately, it did not fit with the wheelchair. First, we had to rearrange the beds. Then, for the first few days, one elevator was out of order, which is already very limited with 9 floors, but the reception seemed somewhat indifferent. The hotel has received new room doors, but they are so heavy that it is almost impossible for a wheelchair user to open the door alone. The hotel is not specifically designed for wheelchair users either. It is also not exactly easy for wheelchair users to get to the pool or the bar. But since we are coming back next year, the overall assessment is still positive.

Very good hotel, we were already the 7th time there. We noticed Mario rehr positively with the animators. He should be promoted with his positive nature. Best regards Belinda and Uwe
