Kamelya Fulya

We were very disappointed with our stay at Kamelya Fulya Hotel. We expected a higher standard of service, but the reality did not meet our expectations. We experienced several organizational issues in the room. The bedding prepared for our child was not suitable (blanket size 140x200, while the cover was 200x200). The biggest problem was the pool towels: the exchange service is available only from 10:00 to 18:00, and we had to use dirty towels for two days. Only after submitting a complaint through the hotel application was the situation resolved – we received clean towels and our child’s bed was changed. The pool sunbed situation was also disappointing. If you want to get a first-row sunbed, you practically have to wake up around 6:00 in the morning and reserve your place. Later in the day, it is very difficult to find a comfortable spot. This does not create the relaxing holiday atmosphere guests expect. The food was tasty, but the variety was limited for a hotel of this size and category. Animation was very weak – we noticed more activities mainly during the weekend, while evening shows were poor and unfinished. The most disappointing part, however, was the service attitude. After our complaint, the housekeeper approached us several times over the next few days and asked us to write that she had “fixed her mistakes”. This made us feel uncomfortable and pressured. On our departure day, although check-out was until 12:00, at around 11:00 the same housekeeper entered our room while we were still packing and started cleaning, ignoring our request to wait a few minutes. We felt like we were being forced out of our room. The hotel has a beautiful area and good potential, but it needs better organization, more attention to details, and greater respect for guests’ comfort. For a hotel of this category, we expected much more.

I came on holiday for 6 days with my friend and we were very pleased, we especially enjoyed the party in the evening. The activities organized by Mr. Murat were also very fun.

Everything was wonderful, the event organizer Mr. Murat also brightened up our holiday. The hotel is very nice, I recommend you try it. The parties and foam parties were great.
