Very dirty rooms, when you ask to clean, do it after a day or two,cats and kittens walk around the floor,sleep in carts with clean laundry,on the third or fourth day the children refused to eat the food given there,all the food is spicy,no variety,only in recent days there appeared pasta and cookies,the fruit was only arbour,orange and twice grapefruit,snack bar about which said there would be hamburgers,in 8 days there was never once,made sometimes burnt pizza from leftover tortillas,alcohol- beer one kind,wine red and white,vodka and gin smelly,more nothing,no cocktails or anything else,dishes are very poorly washed,sometimes had to go through and find yourself clean dishes or ask to wash,the beach is a separate story,like its beach and all the business,yes it is its own but there are no signs where it is,and it is right next to the city,and there is a man under an umbrella with a fridge with water and lemonade,to the beach almost 800 meters,at first had to walk past the garbage,but then opened the gate and the road became a little shorter,no need to go there with little kids,no 4 stars hotel deserves,maximum 2

Beautiful hotel rooms away from the beautiful sea

28 July - 31 July 2025 we went for family.The check-in time was 14:30 and we were at the hotel.But we were removed from our room at just 17:10, we were waiting for cleaning, but our room was not cleaned properly.The Clozet covers were broken in our back room.The Clozet covers were said to be made when the entry was made, but it was still the same as when the departure.The shower head was broken in the bathroom.The glasses were said to be finished in the morning meals.The staff said that there was no ice on the radar of the staff who said we had no ice.There was no ice on the day and evening when we wanted to drink, we complained to the reception and checked out the market.
