Merve Sun Hotel

This is the hotel where I checked in on July 6, 2026. Everything about it was wonderful from start to finish. The reception staff, housekeepers, waiters, chefs, managers, DJ team, kitchen staff, and bartenders all deserve top marks. The waiters by the beach and the lady making *gözleme* were also fantastic. The chefs' dishes cater to every taste. All the staff members are friendly and sociable; they attend to each guest individually. The rooms are cleaned daily, and the beds are comfortable. A wide variety of fresh food is served every day. They excel in terms of hygiene. There are different entertainment activities every day. I hope to see this same team again on vacation next year. Unfortunately, the food wasn't cooked properly, we went hungry. Room cleaning wasn't done daily, I think they did it however they wanted. The toilets by the pool were terrible, definitely germ-infested. You absolutely shouldn't go in the pool; it's not maintained at all. I saw a child urinate right in front of me and no one even intervened. The staff were friendly, yes, the waiters especially were very kind. The animation was very good, I think this hotel is too small for them. Mr. Hasan is truly a master of his job, and Ms. Eda single-handedly does a great job with the children; hats off to them for their hard work. Overall, I can't say the hotel was good, but the staff was excellent. Would I come again? 😟 NO

the hotel itself is great, staff are wonderful and the rooms are okay abit out dated but your not going to be inside 24/7. the location itself is good with good transport every 2 mins. the bus to the beach is also great but the hotel guests think its a war when trying to get on. for an English couple don't bother its mainly hosted by Germans and Russians who are rude. however the food.... Grilled fish for 5 nights in a row... Not a lot of options, everything repeats for breakfast, lunch and tea so don't expect nice food because there isn't.
