The worst of the worst We argued with the staff who are really rude and un polite.His name was Selim and was really rude who starts screaming to us because we were Staying in the Gazebo who was not on the all inclusive concept and we didnt know..because no one explained to us how it works..I mean no one The water on the swimming pool was warm and was really really awful on 48 degrees staying on the pool Food was really good We paid seaview room and the first night they apologized because the room was not ready and we had to stay in mountain view that night..but I did not see any refund for their mistake I Dont recommed Lago Big dissapointment

The animation team at this hotel was truly fantastic during our stay. Their smiling faces, energy, and attentiveness to guests every day made our holiday much more enjoyable. The activities and evening shows they organized were highly professional, enjoyable, and appealed to all ages. We have always felt valued and welcomed. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire animation team, especially Ms. Beril, for their hard work and dedication. Thanks to them, we had an unforgettable holiday. This is definitely a hotel we would love to return to. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.

We are extremely happy with our stay at Lago Hotel. We traveled as a family of four with our children, aged 6 and 4, and overall we have had a wonderful experience. The rooms were very nice, clean, and well-maintained, and the housekeeping service was excellent throughout our stay. The hotel itself feels luxurious, with beautiful surroundings and great pool areas. The food has also been very good. We especially enjoyed the restaurants by the beach. One feature we really liked was being able to order food through the QR code system—it was convenient, the food arrived quickly, and everything we tried was delicious. The daytime activities have been great and enjoyable to watch, and the evening entertainment has also been very good. There was always something happening, which made the stay even more enjoyable. However, there are a few things we were less satisfied with. One issue is the sunbed reservation policy. We followed the hotel's rules, but unfortunately many guests did not seem to respect them. On our last day, another family even argued with us about sunbeds that we had occupied since early morning. It was quite unpleasant. People seem to become very competitive about sunbeds, and from our balcony I could see guests reserving them as early as 6 a.m. It is disappointing that not everyone follows the same rules. Another thing that could be improved is the late check-out process. For several days we asked whether a late check-out would be possible since our flight is later in the day. We were told by reception to come back the day before departure and they would check. When I did that, I was instead told to come back on the day of departure at 9 a.m. I found this confusing. It feels like the hotel should be able to see upcoming arrivals and provide an answer earlier, allowing guests to plan ahead. It creates unnecessary stress not knowing until the last day whether a late check-out will be available. The hotel also seems to cater mainly to Russian-speaking guests. Most visitors and much of the communication around the resort were in Russian. While communication generally worked out fine, there were times when language barriers made things a bit difficult. Regarding drink orders by the pool, the QR code system did not always work properly. Even when an order went through, delivery could sometimes take 30–40 minutes. In many cases, it was actually faster to go to the bar and get drinks ourselves. That said, these issues did not outweigh the many positive aspects of our holiday. We had a fantastic family vacation, enjoyed the facilities, food, entertainment, and atmosphere, and created many great memories. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay and would absolutely consider coming back in the future.
