The hotel is in very bad condition. Insects everywhere, major damage, and a complete lack of security. The hotel manager is impossible

Upon our arrival, there was no one at the reception. We had to wait at first and had no contact person. The room was very dirty. The bed consisted of wooden boards with a very thin and hard mattress. In front of our room, there was bird droppings during our entire stay that were not removed, even though cleaning staff were in the hallway daily. At breakfast, there was only a small selection and hardly any variety. The buffet was left open in the room. The staff varied in their treatment of guests. The breakfast service staff member was friendly, regularly cleared the plates, and asked several times if everything was okay. The restaurant staff in the restaurant next to the hotel were also friendly and attentive. The tour salesperson who rents space in the hotel approached us after we had booked a tour online. After that, he did not speak another word to us until our departure, even though he had greeted us regularly before. A positive aspect to highlight is the hotel's location, especially its direct proximity to the beach. However, there are other hotels in the area that, in our opinion, offer more.

Everything else about this hotel was unfortunately an absolute disaster. The hotel is extremely run-down and in no way corresponds to the booking description. It almost seems as if they simply copied the description of the neighboring hotel for the ad. Many of the promised services such as the pools, the playground, or the bicycle rental simply did not exist.The rooms and the entire facility are totally outdated. In the bathroom, we were met with rusted and calcified fixtures. Even worse was the mold on the walls, the ceilings, and even directly on the air conditioning filters – an absolute health risk! The balcony railings and balcony ceilings made a dilapidated, unsafe impression, which creates a very bad feeling, especially when traveling with a child.Furthermore, the facility is extremely unhygienic. Birds are nesting in the ceiling lights in the hallways and on the balcony ceilings, which is why the floors in front of the rooms were constantly soiled with bird droppings. The food was also an imposition: The breakfast buffet was completely uncovered and open, and there were ants swarming both at the buffet and in our room. Contrary to the description, there was no dinner buffet at all – instead, a single fixed menu with no choice whatsoever was served daily.Conclusion:This hotel is absolutely not recommended in this condition. Stay away!
