Lovely clean hotel. Our room was kept very clean and fridge well stocked. They try with the entertainment but they could maybe be a little more engaging. The food was plentiful but the main restaurant could maybe be a little more exciting. Why not do theme nights? There were far too many stews and casseroles on offer for our liking. We also noticed that so much food was wasted by greedy families piling their plates up and leaving it. Not the hotels fault but less waste could be enforced somehow. Drinks were tasty but would be great if the plastic cups were a little bigger/taller. Lastly, I was a bit upset to see a baby monkey, Iguana and parrot being paraded around the pool for photo opportunities. It’s 2026, it’s cruel!! We enjoyed our stay but I probably wouldn’t book this hotel again if I’m honest.

We have been here from June 23 to July 2, 2026 after we could not go to the hotel we had chosen (Side Stella Elite) because of permit. This was a great second choice. Nice big, clean hotel. Friendly staff, food was good but not much variety we found. Nice large pool with nice pool bar / stalls where you can get lots of tasty things. Plenty of beds at pool and beach. Beach bar also very nice. Huge number of cots. There were a lot of small children and also a lot from the eastern bloc. We are not used to this because there are normally many Germans. We haven't been annoyed by this. Shopping street is immediately when you walk out of the hotel. Beach is very close to 100 meters. We have not experienced any negative things.

No one wants to help you. They are not interested in what you want, they don’t help you with anything, and they don’t care how you feel. The only positive aspect is the kids’ club and the children’s playground.
