I'm writing this from my hotel room today, and I'm writing it specifically for those who, like me, were initially confused. I'm very worried that this affordable holiday will turn into a nightmare, especially regarding cleanliness, etc. From the rooms and dining area to the pool, air conditioning, and sea, we were greeted by a superb reservation team, welcomed to a perfectly cool and spacious lobby, and check-in was incredibly fast. A room awaited us that was clean and tidy, like something out of your own home. With three children, we were instantly prepared with extra beds and cots, and everyone was smiling. Afterwards, we were invited to dinner. The length of this review should tell you everything. The food far exceeded expectations because you shouldn't ignore the price-performance ratio. The food was very clean, light, and high-quality. Of course, don't expect an ultra all-inclusive 5-star concept, but there's a flavor that's sometimes lacking even in 5-star hotels. It was spotlessly clean, the variety was sufficient, and most importantly, it wasn't at all unpleasant. The drinks were superb; the coffee and tea were excellent, the cold water was very accessible, the beach and sea were great, just a little distance away. Even with a stroller, we reached it in 10 minutes on foot. The sandy beach and sea were beautiful, the pool was excellent, and the aquapark was fantastic. The children had a great time. I work in a government institution, and many of my friends have booked many hotels, and everyone recommends and asks each other about them. Even with early bookings in the winter months, most of them paid twice as much as I did. Some of the hotels I'd been to before were expensive, and I knew them and was happy with them, but none of them offered this kind of price. I didn't write this review for those hotels because no one's parents would give this kind of service at this price. I've gone on too long, but those who are confused shouldn't hesitate; I think I've covered everything. Rest assured, I recommend it to everyone as it offers excellent value for money. I'm amazed at what those who left negative reviews were expecting.

No hot water, the beach is very far from the sea, the food is always the same, it's a waste of money.

I stayed at this hotel about three years ago as an all-inclusive package with alcoholic beverages, and I would rate it a seven out of ten, but that was because the food was bad. Otherwise, the hygiene and cleanliness were good. Today I'm leaving the hotel. When I made the reservation, I booked an all-inclusive package without alcohol. I stayed for three nights and four days, and my satisfaction is two out of ten. It has literally become a hotel frequented by religious cult members. What I want to say is that when I made the reservation, Ms. Selenay said we could buy alcohol from the bar. When I went to the bar yesterday, there was no alcohol; they said they didn't sell it. I only booked because I knew I could buy alcohol from the bar with my own money, even though it was supposed to be all-inclusive without alcohol, but I was very disappointed. And our friends came, two separate groups, and they didn't find what they expected either. At least we had beds, and even though the food was bad, we didn't go hungry, they said, just so we wouldn't be rude. I absolutely, positively do not recommend it. Instead of paying this much money to stay here, borrow another 4000 from your friends and family and go for it. It's a shame, they say it's good value for money, but it's not. It's a complete mess. It's like a dorm where religious cult members stay by the pool. There's a cleaning lady, a separate security guard, and a separate staff member all hovering over us. We close at 10:00 and stay by the pool until 11:00. You can stop and do whatever you want, they sell things like this and that, but when it comes to service, it's zero. The food is awful, they kept serving the same chicken and potatoes for three days straight. Those who have stayed here like me will tell you if there are any additions or subtractions. If you're looking for a relaxing, social holiday or someone who drinks alcohol, definitely don't even go near this hotel. Only the smiling, cheerful girls working in the kitchen and bar will do the talking.
