I stayed here for a week and honestly wouldn’t come back.
On the first night, our room wasn’t even ready, so we were put in a different room. We then had to go to reception three times because the electricity in that room wouldn’t work. That room also used an actual key instead of a key card, which felt really outdated.
The hotel advertises a pool bar, but it wasn’t open once during our whole stay. The hot tub wasn’t open at all either. There were also signs around the hotel for activities, but nothing was ever running during our stay. The food was really repetitive with very little variety from day to day, so it got boring quickly. We also had to pay cash for Wi-Fi, which was disappointing.
The pool wasn’t very clean, and the kids’ pool had a layer of green algae on the bottom, which wasn’t nice to see.
For an all-inclusive hotel, the drinks were really limited. No cocktails were included, so your only real options were beer or basic spirits with mixers.
Finally, communication was difficult because hardly any of the staff spoke English, which made getting help a lot harder than it should have been.
Overall, I expected much better and don’t think the hotel deserves more than 2 stars.
