Side Crown Palace

Our stay at Side Crown Palace was truly wonderful. The hotel is well maintained, the rooms are clean, the food is delicious and varied, and the entire staff is friendly and helpful. A very special thank you goes to the animator Marwa. She is an incredibly kind, caring, and compassionate person who does her job with genuine passion. She always finds time to talk to every guest, asks how your day is going, and makes everyone feel welcome and appreciated. What impressed me the most was that she remembers the names of so many hotel guests, which creates such a warm and personal atmosphere. Marwa's smile, kindness, and positive energy make this hotel an even more special place. People like her are truly priceless and deserve recognition. Thank you for making our holiday unforgettable. We hope to come back again someday!

The worst stay ever… terrible staff at the hotel, they neither help with finding high chairs nor anything else, as if they hate people who do not speak German… terrible food, stews and dishes floating in unidentifiable liquid… the same food every day… I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to families with children; guests sat at the edge of both the main pool and the children's pool with their drinks, indifferent to whether their glasses tipped over and lemon slices ended up in the water. Water slides were only open for 4 hours a day. Room cleaning was questionable, and there were no "fun" figures despite generous tips. If one could rate the beach bar separately, it would receive 5 stars… delicious food, friendly staff… Spend your money elsewhere or stay home – worst hotel ever….! Moreover, a water polo tournament was held right in the pool area, where the stairs for seniors, children, and people with disabilities were located… The water slides were only open for four hours a day. Room cleaning left much to be desired, and despite generous tips, there were no artfully folded towels. If one could rate the beach bar separately, it would receive 5 stars… delicious food, friendly staff… Spend your money elsewhere or stay home – the worst hotel ever…!
