SIDE CROWN SERENITY

We came on the 3rd July 2026 as a family of 3 with a 4 year old child. We came around 2am in the morning we get a room straight away. I book through Thomas cook and I paid for a standard room but was given basically 2 bedroom :) hotel is very nice cleaned every day mini bar top up every day. There was nothing wrong bad nothing. We did enjoy every minute of our holiday. Food is delicious beach is very beautiful and clean also. Location is also good not far from side town. Around 40 minutes from airport. Its value the money

In nine days, they never change the bed sheet

My first impression of this hotel was not a good one. We booked through Thomas cook and had all our information on the Thomas cook app. However when we arrived we were told by some very unhelpful reception staff that we needed a hotel voucher. I showed them my booking, with the booking reference from Thomas cook, but they still kept insisting they needed a booking voucher. It was upsetting and stressful and I didn’t find the attitude of the reception staff very helpful, they didn’t seem to care. Just kept walking off and dealing with other people. We weren’t aware helped in the end by a very lovely lady who is the guest relations person. She was amazing. The other annyoying thing was the spa guys, who constantly badgered us to have a massage. They were very pushy until we got annoyed with them. You had to get your towels from them so it was impossible to avoid them. The rooms very clean and made up daily but the bed was not very comfortable. Good things; the pools are lovely. We didn’t have any trouble getting a sunbed but people were reserving them with towels, but probably standard every hotel. The food was good, especially if you like fish. It was varied and the pudding, omg to die for. Drinks were ok. Cocktails a bit hit and miss, but generally good. Most of the staff were lovely. There is a wonderful jewellery shop in the hotel, with a lovely guy there. He wasn’t pushy and had some gorgeous item. Visit it, you will find something wonderful in there. Overall for the price this hotel is very good value
