Side Star Beach

Kimdness was poor if you didn't speak german or russian. They served you but merely cause it was compulsory. And service was rude especially at Terra restaurant. Room had on/off working aircon and it was 40 degrees and quite humid. Power went on and off as well. Once you figured out what helps: open and close balcony door follow with open and close bathroom door then wait 5 minutes and fixed. It worked tough approximately 2 hours before this again. We noticed this when we arrived and asked what to do with or could they fix it. As previously noted they did not understand us. And though there was a repairman nothing chanced. Hotel was located seashore which was a huge plus. However with the pool unfortunately there was culture of reservation though in the guidelines it was not allowed. But still hotel staff instructed to leave water toys to the sunbeds so that you van gurantee a place next to a pool. Quality of cleaning was good and the gözmele station was amazing. However unfortunately not close to five stars or what was expected or promised.

We chose Side Star Beach as a family last year. This hotel truly lives up to its Ultra All-Inclusive concept; when we visited their website after our stay, we saw that the rooms had been renovated. Both our hotel room and the hotel itself were spotlessly clean. The hotel staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful; we would like to thank them especially for immediately understanding that you might need something from just a glance and making every effort to help. Guests staying 7 days or more had free access to the à la carte restaurant. If you choose an à la carte restaurant, I recommend the fish restaurant; the fish soup was fantastic. Of course, it could be a tasting menu for those with a good appetite. I don't know if the portion sizes or menu have changed in 2026. We would like to thank the staff in the meat and fish section of the beach bar, and especially our chef, for their attention and care. The sea was wonderfully calm, waveless, and crystal clear, perfect for babies. The towel change after swimming, the cleanliness of the new towels provided, the entertainment nights, activities, live music, and Turkish night were fantastic; they created wonderful memories and friendships for us. The only thing that bothered us was that, despite it being prohibited, foreign tourists would sit in the restaurant during mealtimes in their wet swimsuits, leaving the seats or chairs damp. We were also very pleased with the thoughtful gesture of the restaurant staff when they saw our unfortunate incident at dinner; they moved us to a different seat and took care of us. The hotel offered a wide variety of food and drinks for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, all of which were of excellent quality and sufficient. We would like to thank your staff and the entire team again for all these wonderful services. I hope you can offer a buggy shuttle service to nearby historical and tourist attractions like the Temple of Apollo, whether it's day or night. Adding this service would be convenient for families with children and the elderly, and could significantly increase your customer base. As a domestic tourist, we would especially like to request that you keep the prices of your paid services, such as laundry and ironing, in Turkish Lira (TL) and at a reasonable level, rather than in foreign currency. Really one of the best hotel I have been at in Turkey there is very different good food to choose from, really good beach mega cool activities super cute staff... Coming completely sure again
