Side Yesiloz Hotel

This hotel deserves a zero-star rating. I have never experienced such a terrible, overpriced and unrelaxing vacation. The complex is far too small for the number of guests and the food is inedible (especially considering the price). Worst of all was the constant, irritating whistling by the pool—often happening mostly every second. I couldn't take an afternoon nap and there was absolutely no chance to relax by the pool. I raised the issue with the hotel staff, but no one cared. I would never book this hotel again, there are countless better hotels available for the price

We stayed at the hotel for three days. To begin with, we had to wait a long time upon arrival; they checked in Russian guests before us. We were assigned a ground-floor room, and it really smelled bad. There were no issues with the air conditioning. The food wasn't great on the first day, but it was good on the second. As mentioned in some reviews, foreigners are definitely given preferential treatment. They really need to install air conditioning in the restaurant. The evening entertainment was good.

The reception is staffed by nice girls serious Irina and charming Sultan. We arrived at 23 hours. It was very tightly fed. They're roomed in. NO lifts!!! At first the room was on the 4th floor overlooking a quiet street. Then they gave it over the dining room overlooking the pool. It was also quiet! The bus to the beach is very colorful with its driver! He dances, smiles, is friendly to everyone. It's a half-hour drive to lunch, so sometimes it's off schedule. On the bus, there was always the possibility of leaving: sitting, standing. The sunbeds were always there. Going into the sea is great. The food is good, especially the scones. Fish, chicken, always had enough. There were queues of five minutes from the start of work. The staff is polite and smiley. The general atmosphere is great. There were downsides that were absorbed by a lot of upsides. Ready to come again!
