⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful vacation at the Sidekum Hotel in Side. The entire staff was always friendly, attentive, and helpful. The rooms were clean and were thoroughly cleaned daily. The food was varied, delicious, and there was something suitable for every taste. We particularly enjoyed the well-maintained grounds, the beautiful pool area, and the relaxed atmosphere. The beach was also easily accessible and very clean. We felt completely comfortable and were able to enjoy our vacation to the fullest. Many thanks to the entire team – we would love to come back! ☀️🌴🇹🇷 Clear recommendation! 😊

The SIDEKUM hotel has been a good spot for a nice vacation for about 20 years. The lobby, although worn after all these years with many sagging chairs, has excellent service that is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant offers a varied and delicious cuisine; the chef constantly oversees everything and immediately corrects any small mistakes. Classy! The rooms are equipped with very good beds, and the bathroom features a huge shower and a designer sink. Unfortunately, a group of 15 had significant issues with defective rooms, and a complaint went unanswered. The attempt to speak with the director failed because he is always at another hotel and does not appear here. That is a major mistake! Unfortunately, the quality of the guests has significantly declined; overall, it has become an absolute paradise for retirees, with poorly dressed Dutch visitors that make it hard to understand where they got those terrible clothes. The maids are absolute top performers and do a great job. The entire house, including the pool area, is continuously cleaned and maintained; unfortunately, the entertainment group has significant hygiene deficiencies. The sports equipment, such as dart arrows and rifles, has never been disinfected. Guests can freely press the rifle under their armpits with bare upper bodies, and bodily fluids can be transmitted without restriction. There is no acknowledgment of Corona, Nora, or Hanta viruses here. The risk of infection is therefore significant. It is not only illegal in Turkey for children to shoot there! Additionally, the all-day pool tour by the spa seller with his excessively priced massages is quite annoying and becomes bothersome after just a few days. External spas are 50% cheaper. The hotel is really ripping off guests with hourly costs of over €40 for the Bali ladies in Turkey. Conclusion: Overall, a good hotel with a few shortcomings.

To 5. Sometimes I travelled to this hotel and was enthusiastic about the modernizations regarding the elevators, and the room access, also the WLAN, which is unfortunately too slow by EU standard. Also very well maintained in the pool area and the room service. In the restaurant area I notice that there are repeatedly in the evening warmed food from the lunch, also several pasta dishes are repeatedly cold, but the chef reacted immediately and exchanged, unfortunately this evening cold pasta repeatedly and the second chef checked, but an exchange did not take place. Overall, the cuisine is ok, but a year earlier in the 4-star HOTEL VILLA SIDE across the street, the kitchen offering was much richer and more delicious in taste. The director also checked all areas several times a day, which I unfortunately missed at SIDE KUM. The audience is frighteningly aged and of bad substance, which was completely different at HOTEL VILLA SIDE. I have to think again about a next booking.
