We were very comfortable and rested at the hotel, which has become our family's second home and where we have stayed many times, and we parted ways promising to meet again. We would like to thank the Guest Services managers, Mr. Alpay, Ms. Müzeyyen, and their team, for their warm welcome, as always. All staff working in services such as food and beverage, cleaning, technical maintenance, animation, and technical services are very dedicated, friendly, and professional. The cleanliness of the facility, the superior quality of the sea compared to other areas, the covered parking lot, and the excellent variety of food and drinks were among our main reasons for choosing it. Terrace Beach Resort offers its guests exactly that. From the moment you step into the hotel, you feel safe and at peace. The meticulous approach to cleanliness and hygiene is evident in every aspect. Its clear sea and well-maintained beach provide the perfect setting for the most enjoyable moments of your vacation. 🍽️ THE FOOD RECEIVES FULL MARKS. The buffets, served from breakfast to dinner, are quite generous and delicious. There is a wide variety to suit every taste. The desserts, in particular, were truly amazing. Therefore, the kitchen team and the pastry chefs also deserve congratulations. 🤝 SOLUTION-ORIENTED SERVICE APPROACH The hotel staff are friendly, attentive, and professional. When you report any situation you encounter, a solution is found quickly. This approach, which prioritizes guest satisfaction, ensures you feel valued throughout your vacation. 🏖️ A SPACIOUS AND COMFORTABLE HOLIDAY ENVIRONMENT. The hotel's spacious layout ensures there's no feeling of being crowded. You can comfortably spend time in restaurants, by the pool, and on the beach. Another great advantage is that there's no rush to grab a sun lounger early in the morning. 🐈 AN IMPORTANT DETAIL FOR THOSE WITH CAT PHOBIA. Although there are cats at the hotel, they don't wander around the restaurant tables and disturb guests. As someone with a phobia of cats, being able to eat comfortably and peacefully after so many years has been a huge plus for me. For guests like myself who are sensitive about this issue, this is a really important advantage. 👏 SPECIAL THANKS I would like to thank all the hotel staff and management, especially Ms. Fatoş at the reception, for her friendly demeanor, attentiveness, and solution-oriented approach in helping us with everything. Their approach of prioritizing guest satisfaction is truly commendable. 💡 I WISH IT WERE EVEN BETTER... Although it is a very successful facility overall, there are a few minor areas that could be improved. Having lifeguards stationed in more visible locations on the beach will increase the feeling of security. Making the elevators a little wider could provide more comfort, especially during peak hours. Additionally, using lighter and warmer colors in the decor to reflect the vibrant spirit of the Mediterranean will add a different atmosphere to the hotel. ⭐ RESULTS Terrace Beach Resort is a holiday hotel that can be chosen with peace of mind thanks to its tranquility, hygiene, quality service, delicious cuisine, spacious areas, and emphasis on guest satisfaction. I believe it's possible to leave this facility with beautiful memories, as it could be made even more perfect with a few small touches. In short, I wholeheartedly recommend this facility.

I'm leaving the hotel with great regret now, we had a wonderful holiday...it's a very practical hotel that caters to families with children and the elderly, I definitely recommend it. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially Ms. Fatoş at reception. Her attention and care were wonderful; she was very helpful with the reservation even before we arrived...
