The plane was very old, hadn't been cleaned up, there was a lot of dust on the windows, dirty seat backs, it smelled like solarium.
Transfer - the driver fell asleep on the way, we woke him up when he drove to the side of the road, speeding (we were going 120), it was scary.
The hotel does not meet the stated 4 stars, the rooms do not have air conditioning, no sewage system and the terrible smell of sewage in the rooms. The rooms are not cleaned, especially dirty in the bathroom - the toilet was not even cleaned after the previous tenants, to requests to clean, nothing is done. Very messy. The towels are grey, old. There are no toiletries, even simple soap was poured into the dispenser for only 4 days. Shampoo, conditioner, body balm, not to mention everything else - just not.
In the shower stands water, the drain is made at the wrong angle and the water does not go away and this slurry (smelly) stands from previous guests apparently, or maybe earlier. Glass in the shower, mirrors, mixers - all with a lot of lime, dirty and greasy.
The cabinet doors are broken, not closing (we changed the number three times, everywhere the same picture).
The previous two rooms did not have air conditioning and the room was not wanted to be changed for this reason, despite all the requests, as I cannot be in the heat, living with a pacemaker.
After failed repair attempts, relocated.
Mattresses pushed through, straight strong pits on the bed, bed linen grey.
The curtains were just with holes (just like a twig, torn large holes about 50-70 cm!!!), we asked for replacement, we were changed to curtains with smaller holes)
Dreadfully old pillows, chunks of stuffing inside, sleeping on them is very difficult.
Very dirty floor. We were going to dinner with the baby and the girl was walking on the floor in socks - I couldn't wash them, threw them away, they were just awfully dirty and that was in 10 minutes!
But compared to everything else, the number seems fabulous, as all the other infrastructure is simply missing.
The power is declared on the all-inclusive system, but it's not. The food is terrible, it consists of rice, pasta and chicken (chicken is not even processed, with feathers). Then there's the soup, which is made from the vegetables left over from the previous meal. From vegetables - there is no tomato in Turkey!!! It's a shock! Cucumbers - I've never seen them, yellow, overgrown... Fruit - apples and oranges (flaccid and not fresh). Although October is the season of vegetables and fruits in Turkey! Very good bread! Really, not when I haven't eaten bread like this, it's delicious! But the bread lies from morning until it runs out (I believe for a few days) uncovered with flies, ants and other animals! And even the bread shelf doesn't clean, there's crumbs with mold. Bread slicing napkin - in ketchup, butter, etc. I noticed holes and spots on it - haven't changed in 3 days!!! Today she gave the hotel manager a tour of the main restaurant, he looked questionably at the mold on the bread and found nothing wrong with it, said that you can cut it, and the situation in the hotel is bad in his opinion, because the employees are not paid much and if they come to work, it is already good. When I asked him at dinner what to feed the baby, he said there was pasta. I wonder if he feeds his kids pasta three times a day in a row for nine days?? No baked goods, no coffee (Turkey without coffee??? Is that even the case??) Terrible quality tea, straight down to the lowest grade and black only. What about the carcade, the pomegranate??? Not even a lemon for tea!!! And no sugar))) no jam, no cake, no honey... Nothing! Can you imagine an all-inclusive?
The glasses are papery, very thin, the plates are all chipped and dirty! Dirty tablecloths and tables!
During the rest, I managed to ask for ketchup to pasta, otherwise the child ate just naked pasta, and nothing else... But it ended in two days, not anymore. Hotel hunger or total economy. Never in all my travels (we're on our 30th anniversary trip) have I seen this! I can't imagine a hotel without coffee, croissants, fruit and vegetables... At least. From drinks, a strangely diluted concentrate... It doesn't even convey the smell, not like the taste of drinks. No grill, no pastries, and the hotel is full of kids and they all have nothing to eat. Even French fries are made so that they cannot be given to a child, they are cooked long before serving and have a stale appearance.
From alcohol - vodka, before my eyes the staff added water to the vodka bottle))) Not even beer, no wine, no gin, rum and other things!! How come???
No poolside snacks, not at all, just not. There's no beach bar - it's just closed. And there is no beach designation by the hotel, no one knows where it is, the hotel beach, not even the staff. We went to Armas Beach... but it's awfully dirty, covered in cigarette filters, boiler tubes and disposable dishes. So you're sitting on the beach, kids and adults taking drinks and snacks... and your kid's just looking at it...
No animation, no animation at all... No adult, no nursery. No animator, no DJ... Nobody! In the evening, hotel staff watch football and guests wander around the corners or go for a walk in the village. I wonder if everywhere in Turkey the staff watch football instead of work?? There is nowhere to walk with the children, from entertainment - a cat with kittens that lives, attention - in the main restaurant!!!! I don't think the hygiene rules in Turkey are different and that's possible. The playground is located in the dark, uncovered and how to walk?? On the ground?? A kid coming down a slide lands right in the dirt! I wonder how such a site could possibly exist. After the complaints, the lights came on, but they forgot to fix the lights, they're just broken and dangerous, because the low, the kids are climbing the wires...
At 11:00 a.m., when guests need to sleep, drunken karaoke starts... It doesn't end, it begins.
The pool is dirty, muddy, with a nauseating concentrated smell of chlorine, cold as it is in the shade. The coaster's out of service during the stated hours. The paths are all broken, the kids can't even run on them. For the second day only one elevator operates in the hotel, and holidaymakers have to wait in line for it, unfortunately not everyone can afford to climb the stairs.
Today, after the complaints, the guide was approached by the manager with an apology and asked what he could do to help, I told them in detail and he even sent the cleaner to the room... But all she did was replace the bedding (on the fifth day of her stay), didn't even wash the plumbing and toilet...
As a guest, I am not interested in the hotel's problems with staff and funds - declared concept of food, own beach, bars on the beach and by the pool, animation, etc., we paid money and arrived, but live like a train station... Or worse. My request to move me to another hotel was denied. I can't leave, we have tickets for October 10th, but I'm scared to resettle in a foreign country on my own with a small child. I can point out many more shortcomings, but that's enough to close this grief hotel.
