Overall, the animation team, waiters, and other staff were very helpful and friendly. We liked the hotel's concept; the greenery, the trees, and the fact that it's not a single building are pluses. However, the red meat options should be increased; they mostly serve white meat. Apart from that, it's a nice hotel overall. Unless there's a sudden price increase, we're planning to come back next year.

We had a great experience; the facility caters to almost all your needs. The activities are great, and the animation team is excellent, especially for families with children. The fact that our room is cleaned every day is excellent. Now for the negatives :( I didn't like that in an ultra all-inclusive hotel, they only served Ballentines whiskey, even though there were other whiskies available in the background. It's not a huge problem, but I should be able to drink when I see it. The food is good, but they need to increase the variety of red meat options. Will I come next year? Yes.

The hotel consists of single-story houses with four rooms each, side by side. However, there is zero sound insulation between the rooms. Whatever is being said in the next room, it's happening right here in your room. Naturally, they're in adjacent rooms, just like yours. There was a baby in the room next to ours, and it cried all night. Our request for a room change was not processed three times, and we were not given a room. During our 5-night stay at the hotel, we only managed to sleep 3-4 hours each night. To top it all off, my wife and daughter are rightfully complaining that I brought them to this hotel. The hotel's operational practices are very poor. They lack even a simple yet solution-oriented logic, such as placing families with babies and children in adjacent rooms in the same house, and families without babies and children in adjacent rooms in different houses. If you ask them, they'll say they're in the hotel business. There are a lot of flies and mosquitoes in the hotel. The rooms had mosquito nets, but the cleaning staff left the front doors wide open while cleaning, so mosquitoes swarmed in every day, and we had to hunt them down every time we returned to our rooms. The note we put in the room saying "Please don't leave the door open while cleaning" was completely ignored. We returned home with our skin itching from mosquito bites. In short, we left the hotel with zero satisfaction. Of course, it's a hotel we'll never go to again. If you say you love the nocturnal symphonies of babies' and children's cries and the buzzing of flies, then this is perfect for you.
