Sunset Village

Lovely hotel very clean staff very nice and helpful the best in turkey. Don’t get ripped off with package book this and explore the area they have pinocios bar with minions etc and the senorita boat 15£ a person with dinner sunset the English breakfast is just like at home

Very nice hotel we stayed 3 days we were very pleased the attention of the browsers was very nice we didn't get the strange we felt at our own home comforts hopefully see you again

We stayed here as a family of 4 adults in a delux ground floor apartment. The apartment was well equipped and spacious. I raised queries prior to arriving and all were answered. The staff were very welcoming. My father was taken I'll and spent one night in hospital (after 2 days of almost bed bound). The staff were all helpful in relation to this and the lovely evening receptionist even helped us order pizza takeaway to have on the balcony late one evening when we had to keep an eye on him in bed. Full kitchen which is actually really hard to get in Altınkum/ Didim. This place is in a good location. We used the dolmuş lots, but can walk to seafront and dolphin square in about 20 mins (the walk back up the hill is more). Local market for bread and drinks by Laur Hotel / Didim Beach which is less than a 5 min walk. Big migros opposite Esra was a 7 min walk away. We had an issue with flies in our room after an earthquake but as soon as it was reported it was sorted. The apartment is simple but for the price we paid, we couldn't complain. Pool big enough for the size of the apartment. Lots of sunbeds and even during bayram it didn't feel too busy. We didn't eat at the bar but had drinks and ice-cream and all looked reasonable. Only recommendation would be to have a full priced menu and opening times of the bar. We were unsure what time food could be ordered up to. We wanted a chilled out holiday with a pool (usually stay on the beach and pay to use pools) and this is exactly what we got. We are already looking to book for next year.
