We stayed here for one night (thankfully) and the experience was unfortunately very poor. - Upon arrival I noticed a very strong smell of cigarette smoke in this very old building. - The room was quite dirty. A thick layer of grey dust even covered the toilet paper roll, which made me question how long it had been since the room was occupied or cleaned. Some of the towels were an off yellow colour and one was even ripped. The mattress also had several questionable stains that were frankly disgusting. - The hot water was shut off and the room was freezing. We seemed to be the only guests there, so perhaps the hot water and heat had been turned off for a while prior to our arrival. They did turn the hot water back on in the morning at our request, but regardless our night was very unpleasant. - Brown water initially came out of the tap when turned on. - The shower in our room did not have any closing doors or shower curtain. There was just a big gap where doors should have been. Water splashed everywhere as a result. The shower itself was also very dirty. - Some of the lights oddly did not work. One of the hosts eventually just plugged in a lamp for us. At least the bathroom light worked. Overall, we did not enjoy our stay. Although we were traveling on a budget and had no problems staying in other places that were also not luxurious, this hotel went beyond our limits of what was acceptable. At the very least we were expecting a certain level of cleanliness. The only good thing about this place was the very kind and friendly host.

Just left manager Erkan very helpful. Very old tired and neglected hotel. Could be special if owner spent a little money. Dirty and dusty reception desk. Wrote Hello in dust two days later cleaned up. Old furniture air con on off nothing in bedroom I bought small electric fan. We needed it as very hot. Pool well. Good size but in need of big deep clean in all areas. Steps down to pool area very dirty. The hotel outside needs painting. Furniture throughout old dirty not good. Electric socket hanging off wall. Bathroom ceiling black in places. In very desperate need of upgrade. This would make hotel ideal place to go to but I will not be going back. Very disappointed very good price for b.b. good location but please upgrade furniture and cleaned up. I forgot early am mid day call to prays well just few yards away so be aware.

Mixed review here. The rooms are very large and the location is central. The interior is a bit dated/dingy but that is easily forgiven at the price and size. Air conditioning included and a pool in the back of the complex. The main host Ercan is great - very friendly and helpful. However, when he is not there do not expect the same level of service. At all. The other host we dealt with was completely unhelpful. To be fair, there was a language barrier. But even considering this, he was grumpy and not at all accommodating. In short, if you want a cheap room with space to relax it's a decent place, but in my opinion you only want to talk to Ercan if there's a problem.
