The rooms are way too small. The pool always smelling like pee and chlorine. All the corners in the room are moldy and never cleaned. We stayed here for 10 days and the housekeepers never cleaned the shower or clean the dust on the counters. Sometimes the housekeepers would give us new towels but wouldn’t take the old ones . The wifi is very slow on the 6th floor. The inside of the flush is green from mold and the mirror in the bathroom is chiped around the sides. The hairdryer in the bathroom is broken and dangerous to use, there is no air conditioning or ventilation in the bathroom. The bathroom door got stuck twice. The ac is way too noisy to sleep. Don’t even get me started on the bedding, the material is like a towel and every morning my elbows were bruised . The water in the shower was barely running because there was no pressure at all. And if im not wrong they use the same water from the pool in the showers. And if you want to shower it’s either that you have to shower in boiling hot water or ice cold water.And once i was standing in the shower all soapy without water for 5 mins.The beach area was dirty and unsanitary. You only get one keycard per room and if you want another one you have to pay about 10€ . The housekeepers kept barging in at 7am to clean the room even if we had the do not disturb card on the door. The food was fine if your not a picky eater because the food choises were very scarse . Me personally, the whole time we were staying here i kept eating cereal, chicken nuggets and fries. And half the time the fries were half raw. When i went tk get some juice, somedays the machine was working and other days the labels were mixed up.Not to mention the language barrier between the staff because most of the staff doesnt speak english. The lifeguards by the pool are always on their phones. The snack bar is very hard to find in its very dirty. They also overbook the hotel. On our last day that was PAID after we checked out they cut off our wristbands and we couldnt get any food or drinks that we paid for . We checked out at 11 am and we had to leave for the airport at 6.45 pm and we just lost our money because we paid for the day we couldn’t use and enjoy.

2 adults, 1 child (6 years old), 3 days, 31,500 TL. What can a 6-year-old child eat? There's no alcohol. It should be at least 50% off, including a children's menu and accommodation.

We thought we would try another part of Türkiye in 2025 so booked the Arora Hotel Kusadasi and have been fighting the travel company and the hotel for a refund (which the travel company said we would get nothing then paid us £135.00 out of no where!) as what we experienced was absolutely shocking, below are pictures and a list of what was wrong with the hotel, NEVER EVER would we return or recommend the hotel to anyone!!! ⚠️ You have been warned ⚠️ Property is run down, cracks in walls, rooms are dated •Broken tiles •Loose hand rails •Noisy air con that was supposedly fixed that day a day was still broken when we returned despite staff being adamant it had been fixed. •Food is diabolical, we hardly are in the hotel. Not once did we have breakfast and we had to shop at the local SOK for provisions due to hunger and no water available unless purchased. •Broken hairdryer •Floor separating •Dirty sheet despite house keeping attending •Mould on bedding •Blood splatter on sheet and pillow case (not ours) •Broken elevator always being mended. •Fan in elevator broken •Some staff are over friendly (touchy feely) •Table tennis but ping pong balls, games you have to pay for •No mini bar even though all inclusive •Water is 2 bottles on arrival then pay for further bottles •Vanity units not secured in bedrooms •Fridges are full of ice but have no freezer •Lack of coat hangers only 3 some are broken •No tea or coffee provisions in rooms •2 paper cups in room on arrival •No extra pillows available on request •Hygiene is not great •Telephone in room does not work •Hand rails loose and broken around the hotel •The smaller pool was empty and dirty not as advertised on website •Beach is dirty littered with sea weed and rubbish, about 30ft long 20ft wide •No carpet in rooms as advertised •Swimming pool is not maintained regularly •Indoor pool area is dark and dingy not as advertised •Lower pool was empty until way into our second week, then it was filthy with broken sunbed area •WiFi cuts off and does not connect period sometimes •No evening entertainment as advertised in pictures. •There is no disco, just same music every night via the same person with a microphone and YouTube •Everything shuts off at 11pm so no drinks after 11pm •House keeping comes in folds duvet up, wipes floor over, new towels and goes, no nice bed decoration like other hotels we have been to in Türkiye •Lights behind and above the beds do not work •Dusty light shades by beds, cleaning is not on point •Loose door stopper just sat on the floor to stop door handle hitting the wall which already has damage to it. •Personal information left on the front desk for all to see •Bedroom curtain hook hanging off the wall •Bedroom curtain hanging off of the curtain rail •Kitchen staff smoking in the kitchen, this was seen but could not take any pictures due to being with staff members •Flushing the toilet then caused the sink to gurgle and the smell of raw sewage came up out of it. •Animation/kids club was non existent just a small shed by the pool area. •We were the only English family there for a week, on our second week some more English arrived and we did warn them not to have high expectations. In conclusion, this holiday did not meet even the most basic expectations of cleanliness, safety, service, or advertised features. We feel completely let down, misled, and inconvenienced. Ee are not the only ones to feel this way about the hotel, please read other reviews, and good luck if you decide to brave it!!
