Arora Hotel

The receptionist Ufuk was very helpful, thank you. The cleaning lady on the 6th floor was very friendly and helpful, thank you. Mr. Musa and Mr. Yaşar in the restaurant were very attentive and smiling, thank you. Tarkan Jackson, with his one-man show, made our evening wonderful, thank you. There was an oriental show. There were two lifeguards at the pool with the slide. My daughter was sliding down the slide, and they shouted from above, "Be careful!" Because she was using a lifebuoy, she went into the water below, which I really liked. Thank you. The food was very delicious: breakfast, lunch, snacks, hamburgers, gözleme (Turkish flatbread), cake and pastries at 5 pm, dinner, and late-night soup. There was always fresh tea and coffee in the lobby. I can't comment on alcohol as I don't consume it. The staff were friendly. There was a guy from the technical service, I think, on the beach; I entrusted my glasses and phone to him, he was also very cheerful, thank you. I loved our room. We swam in the sea at night, and it wasn't like the public beach where the water is knee-deep; you could actually swim in it. It was a sandy beach. I was very satisfied with my holiday and didn't experience any problems. I recommend it. For better service, more variety of food, higher quality drinks, and better shows, you can pay more and stay elsewhere. This is the best hotel we could go to in terms of price-performance ratio and budget.

Special thanks to Tarkan Bey and the amazing animation team! This was our second visit to this hotel solely for the animation team, and once again they didn't disappoint. Tarkan Bey and his team added a wonderful energy to our holiday; every moment was very enjoyable. The hotel staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Our rooms were also extremely clean and tidy, which we were very pleased with. The pool is also quite nice; it's perfect for those who love pool holidays. Unfortunately, the food is only average. We would have liked to see options like lahmacun and pide on the menu, but unfortunately they weren't. Besides, we didn't really like the sea. It might not satisfy those with high expectations regarding the sea and food, but Tarkan Bey is a good choice for its fantastic animation team, friendly staff, and clean rooms. Thank you again to Mr. Tarkan and his team for everything!

The rooms are way too small. The pool always smelling like pee and chlorine. All the corners in the room are moldy and never cleaned. We stayed here for 10 days and the housekeepers never cleaned the shower or clean the dust on the counters. Sometimes the housekeepers would give us new towels but wouldn’t take the old ones . The wifi is very slow on the 6th floor. The inside of the flush is green from mold and the mirror in the bathroom is chiped around the sides. The hairdryer in the bathroom is broken and dangerous to use, there is no air conditioning or ventilation in the bathroom. The bathroom door got stuck twice. The ac is way too noisy to sleep. Don’t even get me started on the bedding, the material is like a towel and every morning my elbows were bruised . The water in the shower was barely running because there was no pressure at all. And if im not wrong they use the same water from the pool in the showers. And if you want to shower it’s either that you have to shower in boiling hot water or ice cold water.And once i was standing in the shower all soapy without water for 5 mins.The beach area was dirty and unsanitary. You only get one keycard per room and if you want another one you have to pay about 10€ . The housekeepers kept barging in at 7am to clean the room even if we had the do not disturb card on the door. The food was fine if your not a picky eater because the food choises were very scarse . Me personally, the whole time we were staying here i kept eating cereal, chicken nuggets and fries. And half the time the fries were half raw. When i went tk get some juice, somedays the machine was working and other days the labels were mixed up.Not to mention the language barrier between the staff because most of the staff doesnt speak english. The lifeguards by the pool are always on their phones. The snack bar is very hard to find in its very dirty. They also overbook the hotel. On our last day that was PAID after we checked out they cut off our wristbands and we couldnt get any food or drinks that we paid for . We checked out at 11 am and we had to leave for the airport at 6.45 pm and we just lost our money because we paid for the day we couldn’t use and enjoy.
