We lived on the ground floor. For the family very convenient: the children could easily jump out to the pool, large fridge, washing machine, full kitchen with utensils and gas combustible. Bedroom and living room with two storey bed. There's a big closet for clothes. For four people, that's it. The pool is very clean, moderately large, practically at our disposal, as the other guests went to the beach. The hotel is located on a hill, in the shade of fig and other trees. What's amazing is there are no mosquitoes, at all. How is that possible? Ali bey at the front desk is a very sympathetic and friendly man, we became friends. 500 meters away, 101 Shock stores. There's another store near the alcohol store with reasonably priced prices. One serious downside is outdated and, as they say, tired bathroom plumbing. And the rooms could use some cosmetic repairs. The sea is not close, but we did not like the nearest beach in 500-700 meters (Jade beach) and therefore it was not critical for us.

Excellent welcome and availability of the owners. A simple establishment with sublime sea views. A little outside the tourist tumult of Kusadasi Practical to visit by car in the area: Ephesus, Dydim, Magnesia.. etc. Only small restriction: the underequipped kitchen area

As soon as we arrived we were made to feel at home. The staff are so nice and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the view from the balcony is stunning. All around a beautiful Aparthotel with a very nice kitchenette. I would highly recommend.
