We had another wonderful time at Charisma Hotel. Our biggest thanks, of course, go to İsmail, Musa, Metin Abi, Umut, and Eser! ❤️ They've been welcoming us with the same smiles and warmth every time we visit for years. They're no longer just employees; they're like friends. They are always positive, attentive, and genuinely enjoy their work. Thanks to you, every holiday is even more enjoyable. Hello, our holiday was generally wonderful. I would especially like to thank Mr. Hakan at the reception; he was very polite and helpful. The hotel's common areas were very useful. However, we had one negative experience with the hotel, which I would like to share. On Saturday, July 25th, we had a reservation at the Charides Seafood À La Carte Restaurant. Because it was very windy that day, we didn't want to use the pier area. The lady working there, probably due to the crowd, was very tense and loudly reprimanded another female colleague in front of us. Her tone and attitude were unfortunately very bad, and witnessing this upset us greatly as guests. That night, despite having a reservation, they couldn't help us with finding a table, and we had to choose a restaurant outside the hotel. I think the restaurant could improve its space a bit to accommodate such situations.
