The location is great. Really close to ladies beach and shops. Only 5 minutes in a taxi to the centre. The room was cleaned every day and bedding changed everyday. The entertainment team are the absolute best. Really friendly and really make you feel really welcome. The water activities are great to join in and very entertaining to watch. The evening shows are really good and mesmerising to watch. The food has been great. Plenty of options even for fussy eaters. Would highly recommend the hotel

I'm still at the hotel and wanted to leave a review before checking out. This resort hasn't lived up to its ultra all-inclusive standards. Let's start by talking about the downsides. First of all, you're playing a game of "grabbing sunbeds by the pool"... if you don't put your towel down early in the morning, you'll be left completely naked... I went to explain my problem, the reception staff directed me to customer service, and when that didn't work, I went to hotel management... She said she was at the hospital and would call at a specific time, but 30 minutes have passed and there's still no sign of her... She claims that towels placed on the sun loungers before 8 am are collected, but that's a complete lie... For example, nobody removed the towels I put out at 6 pm, but they removed the towel I put out the next day... Strangely enough, when I asked other guests, some put their towels out at 7 pm, some at 6:30 pm, and none of them removed them... In short, it was nothing but lying and making excuses...from the manager to the employees...there are rules, but no one enforces or follows them, it's all haphazard....there are many activities at the hotel, if anyone actually implements them, of course... For example, tennis and darts times are set, but as I said, they use whatever application they want... When it comes to the food and drinks, the quality of the ingredients they use is probably related to the "ultra" concept; there's a lot of variety, but the taste isn't great... As for the physical facilities, I think they're good. The aquapark and the general pool. The pier on the beach, etc., was very nice...the rooms were adequate and clean...I think the only problem I observed was the hotel's incompetent management and the tasteless food.

It was a great stay!! The entertainment team was extraordinary! A truly dedicated team. Thanks to everyone, Hilal, ARDA (my adopted son), Sevval, Nasri, Yilmaz, Souleymane (at the kids' club), Nihat! Truly gems, thanks to their manager Kemal! They brightened our stay with their closeness! Thanks to them, I even forgot that I was disappointed with the spa massage. The rest is also perfect at the hotel, don't judge the dishes by their appearance, dare to taste! It is delicious! See you very soon!!!!
