Kayhanbey Hotel

Although it's in a nice location, I don't think it's very suitable for people looking to relax and unwind. Apart from that, the attitude of the receptionist named Uras is also a serious problem in terms of guest satisfaction. They cling to you, relentlessly praising themselves, which is incredibly annoying. Why would hotels keep staff like that? Instead of giving a clear and concise answer to a simple question, they unnecessarily prolong the conversation, and in the end, you still don't get the answer you're looking for. Unfortunately, his communication style gives the impression of being quite arrogant and condescending. His attitude towards guests, acting as if he owns the hotel, is disturbing. Furthermore, the receptionist, who introduced herself as Uras, was particularly disruptive; her loud speaking and occasional raising of her voice are behaviors you wouldn't want to see in a professional establishment. These kinds of dialogues, happening in front of guests, negatively affect the overall atmosphere of the hotel. They made us feel tense. I would have expected a more solution-oriented and attentive approach to guests' requests. The location is excellent, the cleanliness is not bad, the hotel is a bit old, but even with cleaning, it's not very noticeable, I guess.

I knew it was a problem from the moment we entered the hotel. There were only two tiny stone elevators behind the reception, which were manageable. Despite paying the same price, our room overlooked another hotel instead of the sea. We had gone there for a trip, and we went to our friends' room to chat. I picked up the pillow and it had blood on it; it was 100% blood. The rooms were very boring, and the food was stale.

Terrible and unsafe experience. I stayed in this hotel and felt completely unsafe. The balcony door in my room could not be locked. I reported it and was moved to another room, but the same problem continued. I had to block the door with furniture just to feel safe enough to sleep. This is not a small issue — this is a serious safety risk. The hotel did nothing to properly fix the problem. This shows a complete lack of responsibility and care for guests. I strongly do NOT recommend this place.
