Kinalikaya Hotel

Everything was wonderful. The hotel was clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. The location was great too. The breakfast was delicious and overall we were very satisfied. We would definitely love to come again. I recommend it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Don’t go there. Hotel is old and dirty, rooms don’t have proper bathroom, basic things are missing in some of the rooms like shampoo, light bulbs, air conditioners are disgustingly dirty and old. Food is terrible, 2 of us got nausea and diarrhea, they don’t serve proper drinks, even coffee is terrible. Staff are trying to be nice but they are inexperienced and don’t really know how to keep customers happy. House keeping is bad as well. They don’t clean the rooms properly. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed. Don’t believe in all-inclusive offer. They call the full board all-inclusive, you can’t even get a cup of coffee for free, and they ask the money cash right away, they don’t accept to charge it to the room. There is no beach, you have to climb down to the sea from the beach bar on top of the rocks. A couple of staff were nice people but not all of them. Stay away from this hotel.

The staff were very friendly and hardworking; the rooms were clean and the service quality was excellent. We didn't encounter any issues in our room—everything was in good working order and clean. Many thanks to everyone.
