Palm Wings Kusadasi Beach Resort

The staff, with the exception of the photographers inside, were friendly. Meanwhile, the food was average; I expected better. We went there based on the reviews and star rating, but it was far below my expectations. Despite it being mid-July, the sea was very rough; we were only able to swim for one day. Just so you know, the sea in those regions has always been like that.

We are only 6 days in to a two week holiday and I already wish to write a review because it’s so impressive here. You can clearly tell it’s been renovated and the grounds are beautiful. The view is the best I have ever seen from a hotel and I would already book to come back here! The staff are wonderful and the drinks and food are lovely! Well done Palm wings. A brilliant holiday so far. (Room 4115 is a lovely room)

Overall we were satisfied. However, services are disrupted when capacity is near full. We were pleased with the room cleaning; Ms. Sevim was very attentive.
