It's terrible, don't come, and they won't even cancel the order.

The water slide motor was broken, and the reception didn't know when it would be fixed. The children's pool had no water and was full of disgusting sand. There were no cribs or playpens for babies, even though we confirmed their existence during the booking process. We booked through Tatilbudur, and while everyone else was paying 8,000 TL per day, we were charged 13,000 TL. Consider that this establishment has no activities or parks for children, and the pool and slide are unusable. Please do not book here. Everything here is a lie; it's very dirty. I emailed Tatilbudur customer relations with photos, but received no response. We're sitting here like prisoners. They say they couldn't get approval from the establishment that caused this. I'm saying, "The conditions you promised and sold us are not being met," and I'm sending photos. I urgently request your assistance.

It was a wonderful holiday, I was really pleased. The food was varied and delicious. The rooms are clean, the pool is clean. I highly recommend this hotel; it offers excellent value for money.
