Yonca Apart Hotel

Very nice place, friendly staff, good food. Very good value for money.Rooms are spotlessly clean, appartments spacious, nice big pool. There is even a big terrace on the roof. Not very far from town centre, the bus stop is just in frnt of the hotel. There is a small bazaar at the vicinity of the hotel and it is one bus stop away from the supermarket. The beach is about 700 metres away. It is an area where are holiday homes of Turkish people, not a turist area. The rooms that face the main road though are a bit noisy, but the rooms at the other side are very quiet. On the whole, a very pleasant hotel, I would go for another time!!!

I stayed here in August 2012. It was a great for a 2*-3* hotel and for that price it was awesome. The food was very tasty, the dinner was served by the pool every evening. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were cleaned 2-3 times a week. I would recommend it to a friend, especially for the food.

We enjoyed our short stay at this apart hotel, and it was really good value. Ok, yes basic, but very clean and the one bed apartment was spacious. We went self catering, but never ate in. The basic kitchen facilities were adequate, and we enjoyed the use of a fridge, but to be honest, the food and drink in the hotel was inexpensive, and there were plenty other places to eat out. Snacks or full Turkish breakfast was about 2GBP and drinks were the same as any other bar. The staff were polite and we have nothing to complain about. Also, although we only spent a little time around the pool, we never had any problem finding sunloungers or a place to sit, at any time of the day. We have a car and speak some Turkish so this maybe made a difference, but I didn't see that there were any problems with other holiday makers, and they were mostly Europeans, with the same language problems. Holiday makers without their own transport, will still find cafe/bars and beaches within easy walking distance, and buses into Kusadasi town or Ladies beach, stop close by, are very frequent and cheap. We wouldn't hesitate to go back to the Yonca. If we want 5star, we'll have to pay for it, but we don't spend so much time in any hotel. There's far too much going on around, with wonderful places to see!
